From the beginning of looking at many used homes to looking at new homes, never was there a complaint of the amount of houses we wanted to tour only the question do you feel at home in this house?. If you are interested in some one guiding in buying or renting a home I would definitely recommend you use Adam he is friendly and always happy to help. Coming from Chicago I discovered renting in Houston was a totally different ball game. James was able to help me out with narrowing down the location, staying on budget with all the fun/weird apartment fees, safety concerns (renting alone), and looking for things I didnt even realize I liked. I never knew I wanted all the greenery, pool with palm trees, and a gym that smelled like eucalyptus all the time. It was a fun experience and the best apartment Ive ever had.Thank you! :)

Highly recommended, Kevin took really good care of me an went above and byond with his services. I am from outside the US and was moving to houstoun with no time to plan or check out anything especially with the Pandemic restrictions. I needed someone that is honest that I can tell what i was looking for in my new place. I had a phone call with the team, explained my priorities and budget, asked for advice on everything such as furniture, electric , internet, cable you name it and they were ready to tackle even gave me a estimated cost of my montly payments other than rent. Once we had a shortlist, Kevin went to all th eproperties I selected, filmed the property and the unit, met the agents, told me facts about the areas and if it met my needs, and even asked them hard questions based on knowing my pros and cons list all at the comfort of my own home. I was able to select my favorite unit, at my requested fees with no additional fee from me to the the company all within a span of 4 days. I was very pleease with their service :)
