My experience touring the Muse apartments in the Museum district left much to be desired. Despite its prime location, the building and finishes felt extremely outdated, giving the impression of being stuck in 2014.The lack of amenities was disappointing, especially considering the high price point. While the garage did feel secure, the overall lack of modernization and the absence of follow-up from my tour guide detracted from the overall experience. In addition to the outdated building and limited amenities, the staff at the Muse apartments, aside from my tour guide, felt standoffish. This added to the overall disappointment of the experience, leaving me feeling less inclined to consider the property despite its location and secure garage. Overall, the lack of warmth and modernity in both the building and staff interaction diminish the appeal of the Muse apartments in the Museum district.
Parking is a mess, Move here if you want your car and your visitor’s being towed. the system they have to register visitors cars is so bad that even if you register your car it get towed. Muse gave permission to this towing company to manage the parking and they tow your car even if registered. This apartment complex doesn’t care about the people who live here and instead they give 100% access to towing companies, not even a warning, they towed your car. Plus, elevators never work, garage’s gates can keep open for 3-4 weeks….
Living here was fine. Prior to leaving I confirmed several times there was no further payments due. 2 years after I moved out I received a bill from a collections agency stating I owed money. There was no communication from Muse regarding this bill at all. Very unprofessional.
This complex has some of the nicest floor plans Ive seen in this area. The units are great and Sterling (one of the leasing office reps) is extremely nice and has gone out of his way to help me. However, the garage gates are very frequently broken and one of them opens out towards you to the point it almost hits your car lol. My biggest concern is that the main elevators have been out of order since Hurricane Beryl. It is wild that it has been over 2 months for the main elevators from the garage that goes to the units to be fixed. There is no connection from the garage to the leasing office area and Ive been told we are not allowed to walk on foot through the garage gate which connects the two areas. I just wish they would give us a notice regarding when these elevators can be fixed as it is challenging to carry stuff up 4 flights of stairs.
I fell in love with this place when I toured it but since moving in there’s most definitely some issues I did not expect. The walls are VERY thin so much so that if there’s no TV or music on, I can hear my neighbors cell phones ring and alarms going off. There’s lots of noise from the units above which isn’t the properties fault but definitely was not what I expected. The amenities are beautiful however the office staff never answers emails or phone calls. I waited at the freight elevator on my move in day and called the office 7 times before I had to walk over there and ask for assistance (I had reserved it for that date and time and called when I was 10 mins away). Most recently the elevator in the garage has been down for almost 4 weeks therefore when my packages come of new furniture I have to park by the leasing office and go through the main entrance to access the main elevator. Which is fine, however I then go to my car the next morning and I have a towing sticker saying “final warning” when I am a resident!!! I called the leasing office and left a voicemail 5 days ago with no return so so went in to ask the leasing office staff about it and was given a rude answer that “you’re not supposed to park there.” Offering zero alternative or explanation on how I am supposed to get large heavy delivery items up 3 flights of stairs. I hope things improve but I’m already wondering if I made a mistake.
The location of this property is excellent, and maintenance staff respond promptly to requests. However, the walls are quite thin, and noise can easily be heard from neighboring units. As noted in a previous review, apartments facing Richmond Avenue experience significant noise from traffic due to poorly sealed windows, to the point that it will affect your sleep. On a positive note, the amenities provided are decent. However, its worth mentioning that the rent has increased significantly following the recent management change.
All I have to say is Maliah is the most friendliest person & I believe does her job here the best! When I consult her she smiles & gets it done!
Monica at Muse is an absolute gem! From the moment my family and I stepped foot on the property, her warmth and professionalism set the tone for an exceptional experience. Not only did she guide us through the stunning property with enthusiasm, but her wealth of knowledge made every detail come to life. Monicas dedication to providing top-notch customer service was evident at every turn, ensuring that all our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. Beautiful property and awesome location!
Just moved in. I needed a new place inside of a week and Monica was absolutely incredible getting my lease up and going. I mentioned my shower head seemed leaky, and it was replaced inside of a few hours. All the staff I have interacted with so far are friendly, and they go above and beyond.
Avoid living here if you can. After moving in everything went downhill. Of all my complaints, my biggest is with the office staff, specifically Roman, and how they handle resident complaints. My upstairs neighbor (whom also left a review here) has been complaining on me for over 2+ months now, telling lies to the office that I’m blasting music and will report me to the office for normal things such as watching movies or playing video games. In addition to office complaints, they go on stomping rages to purposely attempt to annoy me. In response, the office has sent me multiple unwarranted lease violations, has caused mass amounts of stress in my living situation, and has even threatened to evict me. All this done with no proof or justification, just a simple call from my neighbor. After two months after complaining on and leaving a negative review, the neighbor left the attached note on my door; which would have been nice prior to the two months of unwarranted reports. It’s as if I’m not allowed to live in my apartment and I’m being told I’m wrong for doing normal things. I even went as far to talk to my neighbors on both sides and they have no complaints regarding my apartment and noise.I’d recommend avoid this place and Roman at all cost if you enjoy peace in your living situation and a logical resolution process.
I have lived at 4 apartment complexs in college and 3 apartments growing up, the Muse staff is easily the worst I have dealt with. We have had a neighbor blasting music/tv starting at 8 am and some nights lasting until 3 am. After two months of noise complaints, they have basically just told us we need to deal with it ourselves and that we are inconveniencing them; specifically, Tessa has said we are disturbing her from doing her job. If you enjoy peaceful living situations with competent staff, then Muse at Museum District is NOT the place for you.Update 1/27/2024: We did not write any note to you Akeem. You either wrote that yourself or someone else is complaining about you. Also, your noise complaints didnt come from lies or out of no where. We have sent them numerous videos of the music and bass shaking our apartment over the last 3 months. Also, we found out assistant manager Tessa is friends with the downstairs resident. It now makes sense why we were disturbing her from doing her job.Update 1/31/2024: Thank you to our downstairs neighbor for posting that note. Helped us discover that other residents have come forward this week complaining about the music coming from his apartment at all hours. Was nice to finally have the office admit he was a problem, even if it took 3 months and other residents complaining.
The elevators are always broken. Literally all of them. It’s raggedy and a huge inconvenience to anyone disabled and or elderly. Y’all need to do better for your residence!!!June 21, 2023 I just want to update my review to 3 stars because Angel from maintenance was great. Super helpful and knowledgeable. One thing I can say since I have been here all the maintenance crew have been pretty great. They are quick with getting things fixed and they all speak to you and are kind.
I absolutely love living here. I moved from Florida to Houston 3 months ago and I could honestly say this is one of the best deals for apartments. The apartments are open concept, it’s pretty safe, and the price isn’t too bad for the budget.Studio: I have a studio apartment, I wish I had gotten a room with a balcony but my search was very last minute. The ceilings are tall and the bathroom has a huge mirror and a garden tub which is such a plus. The room is open concept and the bedroom has its own space. I have not had any maintenance issue except for the elevator but they do such a great job communicating to us and updating us on whatever they are working on.Community: the Muse tries to host events to get to meet people who live here (yoga, free food, social events…) and It’s been a lovely experience meeting my neighbors- especially since I just moved into Texas. Everyone seems really friendly and since this apartment is pet friendly everyone just seems so nice! The staff are all so friendly too, the main reason why The Muse stood out to me for my choice of apartment is because the staff was very welcoming and will be happy to help :)Safety: I would say this is one of the more safe areas in Montrose. The garage is gated and I haven’t had any issues loosing/stolen packages.Overall my experience has been positive! There’s a lot to do walking around this neighborhood (coffee shop, garden, parks are nearby) and I am definitely enjoying my stay :)
Sterling S. was the agent that showed me the property, and he was very friendly and informative. Property appeared to be well kept and in a nice area. I didn’t apply here but this property was definitely a top contender.
I had an exceptional experience living at Muse Apartments. The modern design and amenities exceeded my expectations. Roman, the property manager, was incredibly attentive and ensured a smooth residency. From prompt maintenance to great communication, Muse Apartments and Roman create a welcoming and enjoyable living environment. Highly recommend!
Plain and simple, my experience with these Apartments has been excellent. From the quality of the amenities to the care of the staff, overall stellar experience. Achieves being a very enjoyable place to live while feeling like home in the evening for me and my wife. All fantastic staff, but cross your fingers you work with Diana. Truly prompt and professional responses and care out of her. Will miss living here when we inevitably move out of the city!-One of the most well-maintained gyms in the central Houston area-Well insulated walls, doors, and windows when you dont want the lovely natural sounds of the city-Highly responsive maintenance team: 12-48 hours for minor non-emergencies, and 1-2 hours for emergency work orders. Again, so rare to get this sort of service in your property management company.-Very communicative company with property updates and upcoming events
I have lived at Muse for almost a year and I’ve been very happy with my experience. My apartment is lovely with nice high ceilings. The apartment walls are very soundproof, and I am never aware of my neighbors (human and dog) presence expect for when we greet each other in the elevator. There are also great amenities in the building and constant improvements being made. Since I moved in, they’ve added an amazon locker, a Stockwell store, and a new bike room. The pool is lovely with fountains that make a pleasant sound I can hear from my balcony. The location is great, and while Richmond Avenue is not very walkable, the beautiful Boulevard Oaks area just a couple quiet blocks away is a perfect place for a stroll. Most importantly, the office staff are very friendly and helpful, and maintenance is prompt and effective. Overall, a great place to live.
Cynthia, Roman and Martin are incredible and made this transition very smooth for me! I am in love with the apartment and the property it is perfect! I can’t wait to be able to use the pool when the weather permits but is such a beautiful view from my apartment! The other amenities are amazing as well thank you guys so much highly recommend!
Lived here for 2years. Staff is friendly. Garage and gym are good. Elevators are always broken. Roaches in apartment twice despite pest control. Things regarding moving out or transfer are so non-human and profit oriented.
Ive loved living here for the past couple of years. Management and maintenance have been great as of lately, specially with all of the COVID chaos going on. MUSE is conveniently located close to the medical center where I work and the commute is ideal. Ive dealt mostly with Diana as of lately and shes always very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. Augustine in maintenance is always polite and resolves my issues in a timely manner. Overall, Ive had a great experience living here. I highly recommend!
I came to the Muse in 2015 when it first opened.I have been happy here and would recommend it.It has been especially good for me, a senior citizen finishing out his employment. My apartment and the complex is secure. Never had break in or any troubles whatsoever. I have felt very safe here. Double bolt locks on apartment. The entrances, elevators, and all community rooms are secured. It is extremely convenient—in a good neighborhood, close to PO, banks, coffeehouses, library, grocery stores, drug stores, on a main bus route. Finally, the Muse has the best maintenance crew I have ever had in 45 years of renting. When the AC has gone out, within minutes of the repair request, there was a maintenance person there who fixed it. Other less life-threatening problems were also attended to and fixed very quickly. Augustin is fantastic! He always gets the problem fixed quick. Augustin rocks! The complex is always kept up and neat and clean—a showplace. I only hope the next place I go will be as good . I only leave because I have just retired and am leaving the state.
Leasing here was great until the new management came in. They seem to be very incompetent in getting your problems resolved compared to the previous leasing managers. They’re not great at communicating issues or breakdowns in the complex. It’s always last minute. It’s a great location and I’ve never had issues with security issues.
Management targets resident for towing if parked in our parking garage but not inside the gate. Causing issues with a lot of residents. Also makes bringing guests to visit an inconvenience during business hours as towing is not enforced after business hours. Doesn’t make sense and lots of residents are leaving due to targeting residents from management.
Great place to live, made even better by the team in the leasing office. I lived @ Muse for a couple of years before moving out of state and have moved back in upon returning to Houston; its centrally located and has awesome amenities, especially the giant pool. The leasing process was quick & efficient. Diana is always pleasant and very helpful and Marq is very responsive, professional and courteous. The property is really a great fit for anyone looking to live in central Houston - and the managing team makes all the difference.
I never really write reviews, but I felt the need because this place is just unreal. I moved in about August 2019 and have had nothing but a perfect experience. The staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and eager to solve any and all problems residents have. They keep a fun and interactive environment within the building, supplying things like group fitness (yoga and cycling), as well as game night, puppy play dates, brunch, and bringing food trucks right to our building. When you enter a maintenance request it is fulfilled within the next two hours. I moved here to be across from my university but its right around the corner from any and everything, never wanna leave!
Lived at this location for 2 years. We loved the staff (Diana, John, and Kirsten specifically), who were always attentive, responded quickly, and made you feel welcomed. There are apartments in the building being used as contracted Airbnb through WanderJaunt. This was the main reason we didnt stay longer. There were constantly new faces and people who werent from the community in the building. We personally didnt like the idea of people coming and going who werent bound by community rules or a lease. If it wasnt for this, we would have stayed a 3rd year but it just was a deal breaker for us.
Houston,You found a fantastic place to live. Jon in the office is super helpful, the property is beautiful, and I am extremely grateful to live here. What a quiet, clean, and friendly place to hang my hat! If you are looking for luxury, great management, and friendly neighbors; this is the place to stay. Thank you Jon for your help, professionalism, and being respectful of my time. I appreciate your hospitality and will be signing another lease. Thank you.
I have been living at Muse for the last 2 years and have really enjoyed my time here. If I were not transferring for my job I would have definitely stayed here. The amenities are spacious and the gym is one of the best ive seen. The office staff are always friendly and Diana is always sweet and personable. She always addresses my requests quickly as well as maintenance. Agusting and his team are superb. The location is one of my favorites because of its proximity to great restaurants, parks, montrose and museums. I highly recommend this property.
I have been living at MUSE since October 2018. This is the first place i moved in after a divorce with a little kid and I am glad I chose MUSE. First of all, it is a very safe place. I enjoy a nice view at my apartment. I love the pool and bbq area. It is in very close proximity to childs parks, Menil park, etc. I used to have a cockroach problem but the management was very helpful to address the issue. I ended up finding my own solution and it never happened again! I have been renewing my lease for the second time. Diana, assistant property manager, helped me a lot when I told her I may need to move out since I need a bigger place. She showed me all my options not to leave here, worked with me on my needs and guess what? I just signed my lease here at MUSE. I highly recommend this place!
I had nothing but a good experience while living here. Great amenities, good location, and the customer service was always unbeatable. I always dealt with Diana when going into the office and she always handled my needs in a professional and pleasant manner. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
I dont judge any business on whether they are perfect or not, rather the way they handle a problem when one arises. My first interaction was less than ideal, however when I reached out to the manager, Lauren, she handled the issue quickly and professionally! I could immediately see she took steps to ensure the problem didnt happen to anyone in the future as well. The whole team is amazing! Kaysi, Amanda, Lauren and Damian are very friendly and easy to talk to. They get to know everyone and really take a personal interest in everyone living there. The maintenance/upkeep is also great! Every request I have put in has been fixed within 24 hours of submitting it, even when I designate it as a low priority! (I think his name is Arturo?)Great experience here and definitely recommend to everyone I know!
These apartments are absolutely amazing! I love them so much. Spacious floor plans with great amenities. Amanda and all the staff has also made me feel like a friend or family member, they are welcoming and caring and on top of anything I need. Plus I couldnt ask for a better location being in the heart of Houston right next to so much.
My truck was vandalized(keyed) the first week I moved in. I told management, but they did not do anything about it. To make matters worse, the elevator I was on got stuck and firefighters had to get me out. Management still did not do anything. My lease here ends in August and I am not renewing. Management did reach out to me and sent me a letter that stated if I decide to renew, our rent will go from $1,400 to $1,600. No thanks. Also some pet owners don’t clean their pets dropping completely so it sometimes smells like poop.UPDATE:A crazy person threw himself/herself out the window at 3:30AM and woke us up with screams. Cops responded but the person was non cooperative.Management NEVER sent out an email to what happened.Pictures below
I am beyond happy that I picked Muse at Museum district as my new home. Being from a small town I was nervous moving to a big city but everyone here at this property has been so friendly and helpful, “how could I be nervous”! I feel so safe in this apartment complex. I love how the location is so close to so many good restaurants and fun things to do. Thank you Jon for being so kind and helpful.
Ive been living here for four years and am about to renew for another. I have been here since it first opened. There are many things I love about this place, but what sets this place apart?1) Location. The neighborhood is great. I walk to the grocery stores, coffee shops, museums, parks, bars, and restaurants. Also, easy access to the freeway. But there are other apartments in the same vicinity that can boast that. So lets move on.2) The size of complex and layouts. The size of complex is perfect. Not too big. Not too small. Ive lived in one that had over a thousand apartments and one that had 30 apartments. This one I believe has about 500, just the right amount for it to feel like a real community. The layouts, this is high on my priority list and they are all open and flow very nicely. They use the space efficiently, so even if you live in an efficiency it feels big and airy. But again there are other apartments that could boast this. So lets move on.3) The Construction. This is huge. I have never heard my neighbors. The construction is solid. I once lived in another Luxury Apartment complex in which every morning, like clock work, I would hear the neighbor upstairs belt out to Brittney Spears at 6 am. She was not a good singer. The construction company really did a good job. Ive lived in the same apartment my entire time and all the fixtures and cabinets still look the same way as when I moved in. Never has a handle just fallen off (happened at this other Luxury Apartment). This is something you will only learn once youve moved in, so Im telling you now, sound construction. But lets move on.4) Management - the people. The best part and what has added the most value to my experience living here has been the Management. The people in the office have always gone above and beyond to make sure this apartment complex is not just brick and mortar but a real community. They know everyone and not just their names, but genuinely know them. And the maintenance staff is the best Ive ever seen. I havent had too many run-ins with them (good construction - see above), but they are always prompt, efficient, and super friendly. The Muse is top notch.
DO NOT Rent here for many reasons. I will start with the location of the apartment. In order for you to reach the apt you have to walk tons from the parking lot. So, we had to park at the visitor parking due to the lack of parking from the property close to our apartment, which is not secure. Also, our master window faced one of the bbq areas which constantly had a noise. After a while we came to know the on-site Officer ISMAEL who was great and helped us. However, any time we called or told management , they never did anything about it. Recently, the property just got new management. They were even worse than the old one. It seemed like they did not care about resident service, rarely responded and were slow to act when they did. If you talk to Lauren, she will listen to your matter without writing down any details and it never gets taken care of. Besides that, there was constant noise in the apartment above us at all times. After we talked to management several times they told us to record video of the noises and email it to them. What a ridiculous solution! If the person on top of me is moving furniture at 12 am?? How can I calm that ?. Am I going to stop it by filming it?After a year we decided to move, thank lord our contract was DONE. TERRIBLE COMPANY! Dont lease with this people. They wont listen to you. Also! They will try to keep as much as you have for deposit. We got our carpet professionally cleaned and it was spotless when we left. They still charged us $150 for a spot on the pad under the carpet. How is that our responsibility?Be careful with this apartment!!!! Dont fall on their lies!
It has been so fantastic living at Muse! Diana and the staff are great and always made me feel welcome and important. Any maintenance requests I had were completed in a reasonable amount of time and the staff never failed to keep me in the loop. I highly recommend Muse if you are looking in the Museum District.
I am so happy that I found these apartment. After having to move back to Houston from New Orleans due to Covid, an already stressful situation, The Leasing Team was so helpful in the transition. I looked at a lot of places but finally decided to lease at Muse. The location is perfectly located and the amenities are top notch.
Can I just say that Muse did an amazing job at handling the loss of electricity and water this past week due to the harsh temperatures! They rented a bus for us to stay warm in and use and even had food trucks with vouchers for us during this time. Maintenance handled the pipe breaks with great efforts! Definitely grateful to be a part of this community.
Thank you for an amazing 7 years! Muse is a wonderful place to call home ! The Maintance team Augustine & Rosa And the entire group keep the property and units together. Diana Dennis is a stellar manager. This was my home until I purchased. Thank you for some memorable moments!
I have lived here for a year and mostly have had a great experience interacting with the management here. However, the community is NOT safe because Multiple car parked inside a gated garage had their tires stolen. It maybe an “inside job” unclear and police are investigating. The thief is amazingly brazen to do this in what is supposedly a safe community with security measures. Very concerning
Maintenance requests are addressed immediately. All of my requests have been addressed either the day of, if requested in the morning, or completed the next business day. I have just submitted my first major maintenance request - my dryer is broken - and I will have to see how it will be handled. The staff came to look at it the next business day, and a part has been ordered. TBD on how long it will take to get fixed. Muse gets 4 stars & not 5 because I think the management tries to nickel & dime you. Seems like there is always some new fee (latest is an amenity fee & I do not believe my amenities have significantly improved), and they have recently changed payment companies and now there is no way to pay your rent without paying some sort of fee, which is infuriating.
The staff is unprofessional, the security is lax and the building is noisy. First the noise. Dont take an apartment on Richmond Ave. You will never sleep again. The street is noisy from the traffic it starts up at 5:30 in the morning and does not end until well after 10pm. You will hear your neighbors, doing everything. It sounded like there were giants living above us. And yes you will hear baking dogs. As for security, several times bicycles have been stolen from the garage as well as cars have been broken into. And yes, there was a shooting incident across the street on Feb. 26th, 2017. As for unprofessional, the staff seems friendly enough but they do not respond to your needs or request. When I asked about moving our apartment after the shooting they responded in a blase way. I have two children who were terrified afterwards. I wanted to move to an apartment that did not face the street. Then Upon leaving I asked management several times to do a final inspection, they kept saying no worries and that they would do it after I left. I had no choice, as I had to be in Minnesota at the first of the month. I contacted the office via email and phone several times through the month of August asking if we owed anything, they said they were uncertain and would let me know. I would call back and the same answer. Today I received a collections notice from the MUSE informing me I still owed them money. Save yourself the hassle and rent elsewhere. There are so many choices of rental buildings in Montrose to choose from. The Muse will disappoint you.
Lived here for 1 year so far and cannot say enough good things. The staff are extremely responsive and warm, and always made the place feel like home. Maintenance is always quick and very friendly. Definitely recommend the building to anyone. Thanks for always going above and beyond!
Rose is the best! She took a lot of time to provide me with a great tour, thoughtfully pointing out all the amenities in relation to my interests and lifestyle needs. She is extremely professional and a great reflection of the customer-service and culture offered by the MUSE-welcoming, considerate, and peaceful.
Great neighbors but poor property management:- When applying for renters insurance, the receptionist told me that I wouldnt know the buildings construction materials because Im a girl- When I moved into the apartment, the carpets were dirty with pet hair, the floors and fridge were scratched up, and the patio had large brown stains (maintenance was able to replace the fridge door and clean the carpets at least)- All residents packages are delivered to a secured mail room that is only reachable during business hours. Property management is supposed to notify residents when they receive packages, but this rarely happened, and when they did, it was often a mistake (imagine coming home during lunch only to find out that a package for you doesnt exist). One time I came to the mail room to discover that my Blue Apron delivery had been used as a door prop for 2 days (I had to throw away all the meats as they were spoiled)- I found out I was paying $300 more a month than my neighbor who had the same apartment layout but faced the pool rather than the post office- There is a mandatory valet trash collection fee ($28+ a month, with administrative charges), even if you are never home to put your trash out at 6 p.m. and even if you live two doors down from the trash chute- Upon moving out, the loading dock garage door came down without warning, hit my moving vehicle, and supposedly broke the door. The Muse billed me almost a month later for over $1,200 to replace the door (my lease said I was not responsible for damage because of the Muses negligence, but Lauren in property management said she was insulted that I brought up the lease, and Lauren and Kaysi threatened to send the bill to collections if I didnt immediately pay)Its a nice neighborhood to live in, but with all the other apartment complexes popping up, I would consider living elsewhere.
NIGHTMARE. The place acts and looks like it would be fancy but they treat you like you are garbage. After hurricane Harvey, I needed to move in quickly somewhere else and they were completely unwilling to be accommodating to my situation and only agreed to pass my application after I found the solution of having a cosigner. When I was trying to move out, they were again unwilling to accommodate move out and did not allow for pods even though it was not listed anywhere in their rule or on my leasing agreement. I spoke with several managers on how to find a last minute solution to the move out situation only to be promised a call back and for them to clarify for future residents but this did not help me and I did not receive a call back. After moving out I received a letter from a collections agency for money I allegedly owed but I had never once received and email/letter/notice with any move out cost. I had to call several times to speak to anyone who could give me the itemized list of my alleged money owed and at that point, with the total already having being sent to collections, they were unwilling to reason with any of the charges. Additionally I mentioned to the manager how I had felt I had been treated and I received a list of excuses and nothing even close to an apology.
Ive lived at Muse for only a couple months now and it has been a positive experience. I called about my A/C yesterday around 7PM, and within 20 minutes the maintenance man was knocking on my door to fix the problem. He fixed it right away, I was very impressed!!
Muse at Museum District is the worst apartment complex I have resided at. The building is roach infested and management does nothing to resolve the issue. They claim to work with a top notch pest control company, but what they are using does not work...it only entices them to come back. When I first moved into the complex two years ago, I was in a unit on the 3rd floor which was infested with roaches. I complained so many times that they finally moved me to a unit on the 5th floor (with a great view). Only to have to deal with the same situation .If you are looking for a nice apartment complex in Montrose or near downtown, I would advise you to go somewhere else - unless you enjoy living with roaches.
John, Kirsten and Diana are the best.I can’t recommend the Muse enough. Diana and the staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure we’re always taken care.I’ve toured other apartments and the service that the Muse staff provides is unbeatable.
Toured the property today and applied on the spot. The staff was very welcoming during these difficult times. The property is very clean, amenities are beautiful and the location is everything! If I could give 10 stars I would. Can’t wait to call this beautiful property home!!
I had a maintenance emergency in the evening hours on Memorial Day and Alonzo was there in no time and fixed the issue! Always great work by the facilities team!
This location is absolutely perfect and quite accessible. The staff is very attentive and super friendly. Kirsten was very swift to communicate any sort of questions I may have had about the property. Great team!
Love the new changes management is doing! They truly care for the community, the hallways and even the amenities look better than ever, great job Muse Team and Westdale.
I discovered that the AC was not working this past Saturday night at 10:30 PM. By 11:30 there was a knock on my door and it was the AC repairman. He got my AC back up and running great on a Saturday Night!! Good Stuff!!
Such a great place to stay, staff was always there to assist you. I am more than satisfied to have had the chance to stay at Muse during my graduate program.
Ive lived in 4 different apartment complexes in Houston and Muse is by far the best. Amazing amenities, great staff, and you cant beat the price.
By far one of the GREATEST Communities ever! The staff is entirely accommodating anytime I need assistance on site. Management has been remarkable. Amazing amenities.
Roman and his team were amazing. One of the best tours Ive had since looking for a new apartment!
GREAT STAFF! Jon is very helpful! The apartments are great, location is perfect, havent had any issues.
I’ve loved living here so far. I had a super easy move in experience, especially considering the current circumstances. I would definitely suggest!
9 car break in today! No security. Nothing else over 3 years happened. Great place to live.
LIARS! Avoid. Owe me $200 and twice said they have sent me a check, it never arrived, and now they say: we dont have to send you a check and were not going to. This after saying they had already sent it, so they are liars. Staff are very rude and unethical.
Just moved in! Love everything so far! The staffs are all really nice and the apartment is beautiful!
The move was super easy everybody played there part to make sure i had a successful move in i love my apartment !!
Had an amazing tour.
For the moving in process, it was in a professional way, to be more specific I want to thank Kirsten for explained everything in a fabulous and simple way.
This property was great before Roscoe took over. It’s poorly maintained and managed. Beware of older reviews.
The maintenance staff is very competent and efficient. Under the direction of Augustin, it is top notch.
Very nice apartment complex with great facilities and lots of guest parking.
Staff is great, property is always well maintained, security is top notch, great location and its pretty peaceful.
A great place to live! Great staff and are always willing to help. Highly recommend.
Kate has a very nasty attitude in the leasing office and she rushed my tour and wasn’t helpful at all with me trying to move in this is the worst I have ever been treated by any apartments and she also hung up in my face when I was asking about my application process
The staff here was so wonderful in helping me, they answered all of my questions 🤗 I spoke with Diana and she was wonderful
Everything went smoothly and the problem was quickly resolved.
Great, friendly, professional, and prompt maintenance service, as always.
Great property, professional and caring management.
The Staff is AMAZING here!
