San Estrella

Not safe. No security. I have seen a lot of cars get their car tires stolen…including mine. I thought I could feel safe here. My home is suppose to be a “safe place” but It’s far from it.

I moved out last year, I’m the first tenant of my unit, overall is great, move-out process is very smooth and deposit is returned as expected. But there is a cockroach problem.

I recently had the pleasure of touring this fantastic apartment complex, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the amenities offered. From the state-of-the-art fitness center to the resort style pools there was something for everyone to enjoy. But what truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by the leasing team member Dylan. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my tour experience was seamless.

Nice apartments, but very thin walls and very noisy neighbors. Thats a given at any apt complex but in the last 3months there has been multiple car burglaries every 2 weeks. The whole car taken from the complex. We even had a resident robbed at gunpoint and we STILL dont have a patrol officer here at night to prevent future break ins. The complex has showed no changes for our safety here. Id definitely steer clear from calling this home.

5 stars!! There is not one negative thing to say about San Estrella. I found this place on a whim & applied immediately without seeing it in person, I just knew I had to live here. I moved all the way from NYC. The moment I entered the parking lot I was greeted at the front door by my first name. They kept in contact with me during the whole process, through phone, email & FaceTime. It was such an amazing experience, best I’ve ever had! The apartment is everything I knew it’d be, perfection! Everything is clean, some hallways are dusty which is understandable because they just opened so there is still construction going on, but you can barely tell they’re here. No loud noise, no weird smells, the list can go on! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, THE PRICE IS RIGHT & YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Thank you Susan for all of your help during my move & thank you Joan for being so polite & answering questions when I got here. This place communication & service is top tier!

Our search for a reasonable apartment to live in Houston, spanned across several neighbourhoods and apartment complexes. San Estrella, a brand new and astonishing apartment complex, was the best among all of them. More than its modern looks and amenities, their leasing office staff amazed us with their courteous approach. Bahar Mohebpour, in the leasing office, took us through the complex leasing formalities with utmost professionalism and patience. Dylan Roberts made sure that our move in was seamless with a very warm welcome.Overall we had a very pleasing experience and sincere appreciations to all of them who helped us in the move. We are looking forward to a pleasant stay in the apartment.

This is a wonderful place to live and I really love my apartment. My only complaint is that the rent has been lowered $225 per month since I moved in. I did receive one month free, but the lower rent is still better than the one month I received free. When my lease is up, I hope they offer the lower rate to current tenants.

I moved in in the beginning of March. The apartments were pretty empty but are slowly filling up. Theres a horrible caterpillar problem on the first floor which means the pool is infested with them! Management stated “caterpillars are normal in the summer”, but I’ve never in my life saw so many! The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbor turn on their light switch, valet coming down the halls, & dogs constantly barking making the noise appear even louder being that the hallway is closed in. I recently mounted my TV on my wall. Every time I turn it on, the neighbor bangs on my wall. Last night he banged on my door for 10mins!!! The apartment “Sheriff” just tried to force his way in my apartment at 6:16AM and I have a camera so everything was recorded! I feel targeted, harassed & completed violated! He had no reason of being at my apartment & I said that to him before I opened the door! He then stated I would receive a leasing violation when I did nothing wrong!

A new building with a fresh renovation and new appliances, I like everything. but there is a huge minus - its SOUNDPROOFING. I hear the usual steps of my neighbor from above, it seems that he will now fall on me(the building looks like its made of cardboard). we definitely will not extend the lease and will try to find some quality building

Lovely complex, nice staff, and prompt maintenance but theres no security and theyre riddled with incidents as of late.

Bahar went above and beyond to help me. The apartments are beautiful and the gym and swimming pool are great!

I must say that I have NEVER found a place to live and call home like this beautiful place. I was attended to by an EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF from the offices and all the people took care of me and assisted me in an INCREDIBLE way. Living in this place is synonymous with: peace, tranquility, happiness, harmony, trust, happiness, prosperity and many more things. It is a perfect place and I 100% recommend Bahar so that you are treated as it should be and with extreme respect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a super clean place, but currently it is not very busy, the hallways are very, very dirty and stained in front of the entrance and exit doors of the apartments, I hope it changes because it is a practically new place
