DO NOT HIRE SERVICE ONE! Paid Shaun Rice almost $30K to work on my house and he extensively damaged the property, did not complete the project, left me with an almost $1K bill from a materials supplier threatening to place a lien on my house, and caused me to pay tens of thousands more to hire someone else to complete the remodeling project. HES A CON ARTIST!
