I live in one of their properties, Irvington Village, and while the previous management had its issues, I believe the new management is even worse. They no longer provide rent statements, and my rent has been unusually high since they took over. Maintenance requests go unresolved for weeks, leaving tenants stuck with issues in their units.Additionally, they promised to address the parking situation but have failed to do so, leading to excessive towing. I believe each unit should be allocated at least one designated parking space.If you have the option, I strongly recommend avoiding any apartment managed by this company.
Very fraudulent I dont know why Im paying $859 after paying $477 to move out on the 12th of November, staying extra 10 days due to movers shouldnt amount to $859 have lived here for almost 20,years this is really bad.And yes the big issues living here giving residents late fees and water bills after paying is Ana and Elba.
Bankside Village is one of this companies apartments. Ana in the management office, if you disagree with her she manages to use her position so that you incur late fees, which in some cases creates additional charges and could lead to eviction. No integrity, rude,if you do not speak Spanish she disrespects you by talking about you and then dismisses you.
Dont rent from any property with this owner.When they make the most unjust rules and when they get bought out they attempt to scam their old tenants. Plus they withheld information to the new owners making the transition more complicated than it needed to be. Avoid at all cost.
Weve been at these apartments for about 3.5 years and theyre the first company thats actually working to clean up the property and repair things, and believe me, theyve got their work cut out for them.When our electricity was messed up they sent someone at night to fix it because I have medical equipment. I am so impressed and pleased.Previous owners and management have been so bad that were moving, but as long as this owner and Tarantino stay here there is hope.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! We were contracted to perform landscaping services for one of their properties. We have sent invoices for the months of Jan - Mar of 2024 for services performed. We have yet to be paid, no one responds to your phone calls or emails. They were quick to pay when they needed expedited services for a state inspection, but unresponsive since.Ps - I am sure if your tenants didn’t pay you for 3 months you would have evicted them quite quickly. Live up to your “commitment” per your website…..“We are committed to your success and providing the highest quality of full-service property management solutions.”This is the first step my next letter will be to several establishments and individuals responsible for the management of your organization.
DO NOT do work for this company if you are a contractor. This company is terrible to do business with, they are currently 3 months late on payment for services completed regarding fixing their HVAC system that THEY APPROVED. They keep telling us they will process the payment immediately and yet it never happens. We are lied to over and over when asked about payment and have the emails to prove it. We will never service their property again with or without this payment. Absolutely embarrassing on their behalf.
This is the worse company to deal with . I live at one their properties The Briar and let me tell you they truly don’t care about residents as long as you pay rent they don’t care after many complaints regarding security and showing documented proof of how unsafe the property is management does absolutely nothing. If you want to deal with homeless people hiding in the staircase people breaking into cars broken security gates etc … then this is the place for you
I would like to inform anyone who is thinking of doing business with these people, to not. For legit 10 years I have been receiving another business invoice(s). FYI we have been at our location for about 20, so there is no reason here. I have returned mail, I have called and some excessively RUDE woman named Jill who answers the phone will not connect me to accounting and clearly doesnt care that I have access to her tenants information, slams the phone to disconnect, and tells me to email what I have just hangs up. Yes it is the tenants responsibility to keep their bill to/ship to address current, however if you are being told something different HEY JILL GOOGLE IS A GOOD SOURCE OF INFORMATION. No need to be an asshat to someone who is trying to help, could be a scammer next time.
Alejandro Yoon is a part of this team.. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Rented for almost 2 years from him and trying to get him to accomplish any maintenance for the house was like pulling teeth. AC went out in the summer time back in 2023 and took almost 2 weeks to get fixed, never offered any accommodations, just a small ac unit that left the house to only 84 degrees and only gave us $50 off rent for the whole situation. Carbon Monoxide alarms were never installed after asking numerous times. Someone in my opinion, I would try and avoid.
I currently rent an apartment managed by Tarantino. I did t realize when I signed my lease that they had such bad reviews or a bad rep with people. They say you have until 5pm to pay rent (due on the 1st of month); however I walked into my local Kroger’s before 5 multiple times and still have late charges added to my rent. My experience has not been great and I definitely won’t be renewing my lease due to this issue (among other personal reasons).The actual management at my complex is very nice! She is very responsive, professional, and has made the experience a decent one. The complex is well taken care of and maintenance (at this time) seems to be really good and on top of things as well.
I have lived here for about 5 months now and haven’t had many issues, until my AC went out. I called the emergency maintenance line to find out the complex I live at was not listed therefore no one would come and fix my AC, it got to the point I had to have a code officer come out and fix it. When I went into the office the manager immediately became defensive and did not offer any solutions other than “the number on the website and resident portal is wrong”.I called the emergency maintenance 11 times over 12 hours just to get the run around.Another thing to note is the office staff is never actually in the office, when rent is due good luck because you won’t be able to turn in your money order because they come in late and leave early.The pool has been closed since I moved in, the laundry rooms are almost always locked, and there is broken glass all over the complex.I was surprised to see they raised the rent prices, what are we paying for because it’s not maintenance and it is not the amenities. If you can find somewhere else to live I would.

I moved to Ascension on the Bayou (a Tarantino property) years ago. It was nice at first but this place is going downhill. Tarantino is the worst property management company in Houston. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional from the corporate staff to the property staff. Ascension is becoming extremely “urban.” Air BnBs are allowed which creates a huge security problem. There is a huge trash issue at this complex which is attracting roaches to the property. Since this community is on the bayou we see a lot of bugs and it floods bad over here as well. Parking is horrible. The elevators are always down. We only have two levels of parking for their 200+ units. Majority of their parkings spaces have reserved signs even on the lower level where the guests are supposed to park. They are basically trying to force everyone to pay $75 a month for parking. It’s ridiculous! Only one vehicle per unit. So couples with a second vehicle will have to pay for a reserved spot. Save your money and go to another community. A car was stolen from the garage. Let’s not talk about the lack of an accessible package room. You can only pickup your packages during their office hours, so if you can’t get home before 6 PM during the week or 5 PM on Saturdays, your package will be stuck in the package room which is inside the leasing office. The package lockers are not reliable and may be full from time to time. The property looks nice but don’t be fooled. The residents will usually tell you the truth the staff will tell you lies because they need to lease units. The list goes on.

Do NOT do any deals or lease any spaces on anything managed by Tarantino Properties. They are completely unprofessional and unethical. I worked with them for months trying to secure lease space and they used my offer to shop other offers and get a better deal. They wasted months and hours of my time. And good luck getting anyone to call you back or respond to emails.
Ever since Tarantino Properties took over our apartment complex, we’ve been having one problem after another. The level of communication from the property managers has become almost nonexistent now and most of the amenities at our residence have been out of service for long periods of time (months in most cases—the pool was closed all summer, the laundry room was closed most of last summer, and the entrance/security gate is now constantly left open). The property manager is unprofessional and rude. I overheard her getting upset about residents “b****ing” about legitimate issues concerning the property safety and amenities. Tarantino Properties has also misrepresented the terms of our lease on multiple occasions. In one instance they attempted to charge us an additional $250 per month, claiming the special provisions in our lease dictated the charge for month-to-month leasing. They held to this claim until finally reading the lease, at which point they realized the “special provision” they were referring to did not exist in our lease. Now, they are trying to change the acceptable methods of payment to where we can no longer pay by check or money order even though both forms of payment are explicitly stated as acceptable in our lease.This is just the tip of the iceburg too. Overall, Tarantino properties is shady and untrustworthy. They try to take advantage of their tenants and seem to be hoping we’re all too dumb to stand up for ourselves. Instead of caring for their tenants and the quality of their apartments, Tarantino properties seems to be solely focused on maximizing profits with minimal effort.Update: I called the corporate office. If I could take off another star I would. I explained the situation and was told I could continue paying by check, as outlined in my lease. Then, as soon as I asked for an email or written letter reflecting what she said, she back tracked, and refused.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The worst property managers I’ve ever dealt with. Unfortunately they manage the building of our retail location after the property was sold with no warning. AWFUL communication. They won’t even know who you are when you call them, and don’t take urgent matters seriously. Category 3 sewage flood in the main line under our building and they did NOTHING to resolve it. Expect them to not care about attempted break ins, parking issues, lease discrepancies, public urination, the integrity of the building, plumbing and any other issues you can think of when leasing a retail space.
Got a response from the Manager a week ago that corporate office will contact me directly regarding my below issue, and no one contacted me up till now.Lived in apartments all my life and never seen a management so horrible and incompetent!! Every since Tarantino took over The Fields Woodlake Square where I live, my living experience turned to hell!Im facing many disturbing issues that are interfering with my well being recently, like the police knocking on my door 5 times in a week after 2 AM because one of the neighbors thought there are noises and screams coming from my apartment. Called the office more than 10 times and sent an email to the manager and the supervisor and nobody bothered to respond to me. I then called Tarantino and the lady in charge of the complex never answers the phone, so the lady who transfers the phone (very rude) said she will contact the supervisor and have her contact me. Up till now, nobody contacted me. Finally on the fourth day of attempting to reach somebody, Erika from the property answered the phone and her response was I cant force the residents to admit that they gave your apartment number to the police! .Another issue Im facing now is finding bags of trash with horrible odor left at my door. I took a picture and emailed both the manager and supervisor and never got a response! Landlords have responsibility to provide safe, healthy and peaceful living conditions to tenants!Previous issues that I had required numerous phone calls and emails followed by a trip to the leasing office until they are solved.Horrible incompetent staff at the property. Rude and disrespectful with zero professionalism and efficiency.Parking is filthy and trash is all over in non designated hours. Very thin walls where you hear every move of your tenants above and next to you. Living under Tarantino management is one of the worst experiences of my life!
My apartment manager here is so unprofessional that she threatened to call the cops on her own tenant when the tenting was doing nothing. These apartments are roach infested and nobody cares. The apartment manager here is now saying I owe 3500 when Texas rent relief had taken care of it in December and now she’s saying I owe that money. I have called corporate many times and they don’t answer my calls. This place is so horrible I’m going to the better business bureau and have my attorney boyfriend get involved.
I spoke with two people from the Houston branch. Both of these people were rude, unhelpful, and were clearly not trying to do their job. Avoid Tarantino at all costs... you will not be a priority and they will try to take advantage of you. The Houston branch manages all apartments and is very poorly run. I was borderline impressed with the level of incompetence they displayed. I have included some things I was told on the phone by the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Senior Vice President that display their lack of organization:-All the files no longer exist-If we should have paid 6 months ago, we cannot adress it now
Unbelievably incompetent. I live in the Pecan Villas apartments in Houston and it took 4 years to get them to replace an ac unit which never worked properly. As of today we have called seven times to have them repair or replace a refrigerator which freezes up at least once a month, causing our groceries to thaw and at times spoil. The last time they came out was less than a week ago. To date we have had to replace about $200 worth of food. We called this morning around 11am regarding the same refrigerator issue and to report a leaky faucet (per a request left on all tenant doors to report any leaks) and were told they would put in a work order. I called back at 3pm because our water pressure dropped severely and to tell them that we still havent seen a maintenance person about the refrigerator, again I was told that they would put in a work order. Its now 7:45 pm and no one has shown up to fix the problem. As I type this, once again my groceries are thawing. If we could afford to live elsewhere we would move, but we cant afford to move any more than we can afford to keep replacing food or pay the extra $50 dollars a month that we have been paying every summer because the a/c hadnt been working properly. They dont seem to care.Update 8/17/2020It has been 2 days since my initial review. We have been without a working fridge for 2 days. Maintenance came today, told me he could fix it, but it will break again in a month. He instead asked me to wait 2-3 more days while he talks to the manager and finds a newer fridge from an empty unit. Looks like we wont have a working fridge for 2-3 more days. Meanwhile, we will have to replace another $40 worth of groceries.

I stayed in an apartment owned by this company, I had to leave due to mold that was causing my son to get sick! They did nothing. I am pursing to sue this company. They never respond or handled the issue and the property manager did nothing and told me if I had an issue with the mold I could move, therefore I had to move and break my lease. Please do not stay in a property that is owned by this company.
SHIRELL Duncan is very unprofessional and she calls herself the property manager of OST plaza. I have leased a commercial space for almost 2 years now. Everything was perfectly fine until this company took over! Their communication is pispoor. Just this morning SHIRELL hung up in my face because I am upset that my electricity in my store isn’t properly connect to the meter. Instead of them paying the first company to correct the issue they send another company out to tell me that nothing is wrong because they basically don’t want to pay for the work to be correct! Very unprofessional company please don’t lease from them!
This is very unacceptable! I have been waiting over FOUR months for my deposit back, since it did not transfer over to my new unit. I paid a new deposit, while being told corporate will refund my previous deposit since it can’t for some odd reason just transfer to my current unit! I have never been late, yet when I call my leasing office and stop one of the employees in the hallways all I am constantly told that it was mailed! It should take over four months for a check that mailed out to get to someone! Apparently, I am not the only one they are doing this to! There at least three other residents that this is currently happening to! I emailed them today so hopefully someone from corporate can cut my check and I go pick it up, or I will just be there first thing when they open to get my money!
Dont bother calling with any issues. Tried to inform them of Black Mold issue one of thier property manager wouldnt do nothing about for over a year and another Incident. They rather just keep transferring you until you hit a Full Voice mail box. Instead of even listening to the issues at hand.
SCAM ALERT! One of their properties, Rockridge Springs Apartments, is horribly managed and is a scamming people looking for a decently priced apartment. Lets not mention the fact that I had to practically beg them for information about their property or to get them to show me around.The important thing is how they will take your money for an application and deny you. I have tried to get in contact with the office to find out why and they refuse to respond. They need $125 for a background check and an administrative fee but will deny you without cause. I am currently in the process of reporting them to the state. They list their run down apartment complex as cheap and then scam you with that fee. They wont accept a personal check or a charge because they dont want you to have the opportunity to dispute the charge after they deny you and ignore your calls/emails. I can only assume a veteran in law school is not the type of person they want in their complex.
Horrible management! I live at the Fields Woodlake Square apartments and the gate has been out of order for over a year now because they are waiting for parts to come from China! They let you buy your own AC filters, light bulbs and other apartment maintenance parts.New manager is more like a security guard than a manager! I have been trying to reach out to someone who can help me with an issue I am having with my apartment complex. When I called the corporate office I was directed to Mr. Evan Clark. I have emailed and left him a voicemail and have received no response. This is not the first time that corporate has been unresponsive about the unprofessionalism that goes on at their properties. Since I moved into their property Greenhill (The hill student living) there has been nothing but problems. I will never live at another Tarantino Property.*Update* Mr. Clark reached out to me and handled my concerns with the upmost professionalism. A+ for customer service. Thank you.
The main reason I chose to live in these apartments is because the staff was super professional and nice when I moved in. However, then this lady Dora came around sent me a paper that I owed a certain amount and the next day she put another form on my door saying I owed hundreds dollars more. When I called to ask she was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She treated me less than and was a bully to me because when I asked her what the issue was why she posted that on my door she said in an ugly way and not professional “come to the office I’m not talking to u about this over the phone!” I was very surprised and even a bit scared because when I asked her to just give me corporate’s number she said “I’m not giving you their number because I am corporate so there’s no use calling them u owe what u owe.” Her energy was so negative, rude and unprofessional I didn’t call back until I got another note on my door saying I owed so I called and let me tell u my lease is up in march 2021 and because of Dora’s attitude I was not going to stay however Miss Tonya V answered the phone when I called a few days ago and it’s because of her I decided to stay at these apartments. First of all she was kind and professional and there were some issues w my payment as I payed online and Miss Tonya was on the phone w me finding a solution to what had happened. Long story short it’s thanks to Miss Tonya being prompt and kind that I decided not to move and stay as long as she continues to be manager. I work in social services helping people and I guarantee you w an attitude like Dora’s I wouldn’t have a job. If you’re in customer service do what’s best for your people and that’s exactly what Miss Tonya did. Dora literally gabe ma panic attack and Miss Tonya is diligent and has amazing customer service. I call and texted, no response. Texted them again almost two weeks later and they act like they didn’t get the texts before but got them then. They ask me what’s going on like they didn’t know how to scroll up, so I sent another text telling them what’s going on. Almost a week and no response. The response to the complaints on here are all the same with a different name as of they get so many complaints that it’s convenient to copy and paste the response. Call the number and get a recording to leave a voicemail. Good luck reaching someone or getting a call back. And Eduardo Brancho harasses black tenants regularly and openly while allowing Hispanic ones to the same thing that he’s harassing the black tenants for.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have not completed any maintenance request since they have taken over, the lawn care has drastically diminished, the gate has been broken since they have taken over as well and they have not fixed it at all. You can call 15 times and no one will return your call or even pick up the phone.
Tarantino Properties, Inc. is absolutely and completely GARBAGE. They seem to prey on college students by offering suspiciously low prices until you actually sign the lease and then the whole apartment unit falls apart. I have tried to get in contact with the Tarantino supervisor for WEEKS by leaving emails, voice messages, contact info but everyone in charge is impossible to get in touch with. ***I resided in one of their properties by the name of BROOKSTONE APARTMENTS @ VALDOSTA, GA and it was the worst first apartment experience of my life. The leasing manager was very unhelpful and the maintenance guy seem to damage more than he could fix. They began to raise prices without any prior notice or consent from the residence and they made it very difficult to receive a copy of the lease. After all of this, they hired a whole new leasing manager who began enforcing all new rules that did not correspond with the lease, without informing any of the residence. So many unfortunate events happened while being a resident here. I would not recommend anyone live in one of these properties (mainly Brookstone Apts.) under any circumstances, its just not worth it.
This company just recently took over KeirraBella in Baytown. So far, not all impressed with this management company or the property manager. We are going on 3 days WITHOUT A WORKING A/C!! Funny how they took over at the end of May and we had A/C issues then too. Coincidence, I dont think so. I really hate this place and will never rent another property managed by Tarantino.
These people are absolutely some of the worst property management in Texas. They NEVER communicate with you on anything thats going on, and the properties they own are poorly kept. If you see this name on an apartment listing, avoid it at all costs.
I wish I could this management 0 stars, they nothing more than Slum lords!!!! I rented a property there and it the apartment above me flooded and the toilet flooded in my room because a rusted bolt and sewage soaked the carpet!! They refused to put me another apartment and I was forced to live in soaked carpet. The maintenance brought in fans and that was it. When the walls started to mold they came in and sprayed white paint over it. I had to get a lawyer who sent in an environmentalist who told me that she did not know how my kids and were living there! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. Living in one of there properties in Lubbock Texas for 4 years. Their Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful telling me that I needed to learn how to speak to someone after I being waiting for almost a month now for my direct deposit check. Having every right to be upset with them calling about 5 times they finally got my issue fixed. Glad I wont have to deal with them and the Boston Creek Apt again.

The very worst experience i have ever had is dealing with these people. Everything from not receiving matenace for AC Water Damage, causing holes and mold to form, to the management sending police to my apartment, saying that my wife is covered in tattoos and bruises and she is being force to stay in the household.She has neither, cops left laughing. Absolutely Ridiculous.
While I was searching for an apartment, I checked out a few places. I noticed that the ones owned by this company were both expensive and treated people rudely. Its interesting how all those places belonged to the same company.
You should have a lawyer and a commercial broker help you deal with Tarantino who thrives on taking advantage of small business owners. You need to factor in an extra cost of professional fees to your lease rate when comparing costs to other Lessors. You will absolutely need professional assistance dealing with Tarantino.Be sure to take the time to well document the condition of the space prior to your move in. Tarantino will give you the false feeling of a working relationship while they are cashing your rent checks, but when it comes time to get your deposit back that is a whole different story. They will look for ways to not refund your money. Tarantino has a distorted view of the key clause normal wear and tear. They basically hoped we would not ask for our deposit back. Only after 60 days when I had to prompt them did they suddenly develop a list of defects that are completely bogus.If you dont have documentation that there were defects when you moved in Tarantino will hang them on you. Dont let them lead you into a false sense of security as they did to us.During our 6 year experience as a lessee we paid rent early or on time to perfection. We put up with leaking roofs, miss numbered suites, parking problems, and general lack of responsiveness to concerns. They couldnt figure out a roof leak until I showed them where weeds 3 feet tall were growing out of sediment collected in a gutter.The maintenance group at Tarantino is completely unprofessional, and they have no problem insulting your intelligence. They will cancel appointments and then demand immediate attention on their schedule. They could care less that you have business to run.Tarantino should be your last option for space. If you lease with them it would be wise to have a professional thoroughly document all phases of your dealings with Tarantino.Ive been in business since 1988. Dealing with Tarantino has been the worst experience ever.

I stayed at the lakes of Madera in Baytown they are the worst most disgusting apartments the management and employees are trash! I wish I could remember their names please shut these apartments down they are infested with roaches and spiders and even flys get in from the poor ventilation there is mold everywhere that they just paint over it & it floods I had to change my tires countless times because of the potholes the electricity and water get shut off soo much because the apartments are soo old I lived upstairs and my ceiling was literally falling apart & the toilets flood from simply flushing them there was also a woman murdered while I was staying there and all they could say was lock your doors this place is unbelievable I could go on for hours!
Been living at stoneybrook apartments for 6 years, Tarantino properties just recently took over and things have gone down hill, things aren’t being fixed, office refuses any packages so they are left at your door( just had 2 stolen from my front door) I called to speak to the manager and Natalie was unprofessional and not concerned at all about my frustration. I would not recommend Tarantino properties at all!!!
They are absolutely horrible to work with!! I had a client that wanted to see a particular space on Monday. The agent in charge of that retail space lied to me and said that the people renting that space would be there on Monday, that we could just go in and check out the space. No one was there on Monday, so I called that agent, and he refused to come over to the space and let us in so my client could see the space!Totally uncaring and lazy!!

After he took our application fee with a smile, I call him and thats when his true self came out. Answer the phone with What do you want, and when before I hang up, I hear dont like dealing with those kind of people. Told him my wife was sick. He text back life is tough.

Has not gone well company has major issues concerning living conditions and is unwilling to fix in a timely manner and unwilling to bend or compensate when tenants are put out of their way or living in uncomfortable dwellings.
Absolutely insane the lack of communication this property management company has. I wouldnt get myself involved with them if avoidable.

Its easy money for Anthony Tarantino and The Meadows apartments. Why did i finally move out? Once the roach and pest problem became so bad that the roaches were crawling on me at night? Please, Please, Do something about the entrance gate at bankside village apartments, Ive had my car almost hit head on 3 times ,cars are exting the wrong way because the gate hasntBeen working, There is also about 15 cats wandering the property
Tarantino is the perfect choice for residential property management! They have provided quality service for years! I wouldnt want to live anywhere else or deal with anyone else! Great people and great service!!
If you’re a contractor , run. You will call and call and never receive payments on time or answers.
This company is unresponsive, apartment properties are unprofessional and don’t do anything to fix maintenance issues.i do not recommend.
Since Tarantino took over my apartments management, Ive had nothing but problems. The 3 previous managements were awful, but this one is definitely the worst.
Nice place just need more workers because they have a lot of residents that need more then just Assisted Living!
The new mangers are amazing, I been here in Lake Jackson for over 3 years these mangers work their butts off to make this a great place to life 100000 thumbs up thank you for your hard work .
Worst property management ,called Houston office and nothing but rude people specially the receptionist that answers . Cant communicate with management wen you need to call . You leave your phone number to call back and they never do.
Moved to the stream song complex because of hurricane harvey and due to an error in the office the complex went in in the back end forged signatures on the paper work and when it was time for me move out I gave 30 days notice and they said I never did and sent it into collections I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone in charge and my calls keep getting avoided I’ve have left voicemails and no response at this point I will have to contact BBB if this isn’t resolved

Worst management company ever had problems from the get go and Cheryl who runs the Dixie farm and 45 business park is no help at all! Don’t do business with this company or rent property from the Dixie farm business park it’s a huge joke!
Beware agents and apartment locators, they don’t pay their commissions on bringing tenants!

Not happy at all about the takeover!! They no longer allowing us to do flex payment as a single parent I count on that to ensure my rent on time they just took over on feb 26th an now they’re saying they done have the flex pay setup and we have to do money orders!! I feel this is going to get ugly fast judging from the reviews this is not a reputable company and I’ll call the news station if I have to.
I hope they are a serious express and manage to solve the problem I have, the staff they have at the Madison Park property really does not know how to solve anything. I have been without air in my apartment for more than 3 weeks and I had to buy fans so as not to suffocate from the heat and Besides, they are charging double the utilities, on July 2 I come to make my payment for rent and utilities and the collection department comes out telling me that I owed them for June that they have no system to check if I really paid and it seems somewhat irresponsible to me want to blame residents, for the problem that you have, I even have my proof of payment and I showed it and he told me that it did not matter that he will always pay them because they could not see how it is possible for them to do that when it is your fault. I hope you can help me resolve this.
The service is terrible, I need to talk about a problem in my apartment and not even the complex manager is right, not even in Tarantino, what kind of administrators are they?
