It was an overall smooth process, we visited the property on Day 1 and were able to complete all verification and have the agreements signed by EOD Day 2.

Extremely unprofessional! I viewed one of their properties with my relator and fell in love. My relator has been trying to get in contact with this company for over a week and there has been no reply to any emails or voice-mails. The mailbox is even full, just goes to show how much they do not answer their phone!! I would have loved to rent one of their homes, but not after my terrible experience. Too bad for the owner of the home, all of their prospective buyers are probably being scared away by the lack of professionalism.
