Betty Taylor is the worst realtor in the world, so this company also the worst if allows to work here for such people.Before Christmas 2023, like 22 or 23 December, my wife found house at Silverpines rd, which was rented. Unfortunately, realtor was Betty Taylor. We gave this information to our broker and saw the house with him at that dates. We agreed about house and broker started to connect to Betty Taylor. She didnt reply to any emails or calls. At the same time we wrote to Betty Taylor at houses page on website, because we had hope maybe Betty Taylor will contact us at least through rental website page.We didnt get any reply but by the law Betty Taylor has to reply within 2 days.I asked my broker every day, and in some days he got only 1 message from Betty Taylor where she made same edits by her pen in rental document and asked us to pay 100usd for background check. The same day I got check from my bank in the name of Space city realtors as Betty Taylor asked.But we didnt get any link to background check application or anything like it.We waited more than 1 month to the end of January. And suddenly I get notification from rental website that house is rented.No any reply, Betty Taylor just stole our 100 dollars and did nothing.I asked my broker to prepare dispute against Betty Taylor but Im too tired to ask every time about it.Dont deal with Betty Taylor and this agency!Waiting for owners reply and for return of my 100usd check, which you stole from my Ukrainian refugee family.
