As a native Houstonian, I have sold several big homes ($1 Million Plus) in Houston and always worked with a couple of old timers who were considered the best in the business. They did a great job back in the day, but for selling my Memorial Townhome, after extensive research, I selected Connected Realty to represent my listing due to their modern, yet still personal approach. Bottom line, it paid off in spades!! They not only got it sold in a hurry, but they got me top value and were incredibly easy to work with. These guys rock!

We stumbled upon Joshua Hoppe on accident when the listing agent on a house we wanted to see was out of town. From the first time that we met Josh, we noticed how well he listened to what we did and didn’t like about the house (even taking notes) and he was completely honest with us on his feedback about it. We didn’t have a realtor at the time because we had such a bad experience with our previous one that we were embarking on the house hunting journey alone. After only meeting Josh and talking with him for about 15 minutes he made us feel so comfortable And heard we decided go on the journey with him and he never disappointed us!!Over the next few months, Josh would find and pre-screen houses for us, ask for feedback and make sure to apply what we liked and didn’t like to the next house before ever sending to us. We never felt pressured or like we were wasting his time by continuing to be nit-picky on what we wanted.The week of the 4th of July, Josh sent us a house that we would have never seen because it was 70 sqft smaller than our minimum criteria…however what Josh did so well here was again listen. After looking at another house that was bigger, I said “I wouldn’t mind a little smaller house as long as the layout and everything else was perfect”…well Josh listened, was patient with the process and found us our perfect home!!The entire process was comfortable and relaxed - how making a purchase of a lifetime should be!
