I impulsively started my home search a little over 2 weeks ago.. Im out of state and knew nothing about Houston but wanted to get a rental property there since I have two in San Antonio. I put inquiry on Zillow with Krueger and was randomly assigned to Christina. We spoke, at great length, about my intentions and how I already had rental properties in two different states for many years. The same night she sent me many listings and then we fine tuned them down the next day. That day she went to a few listings that we had discussed and identified as having potential. On day four we put an offer in on a townhome. By the sixth day we received back the agreed upon, executed purchase contract. Having been around the block many times I have high expectations and can easily sniff out who is just looking for a sale versus who has my best interest at heart. Over a very short period of time we have bonded with each other and ultimately my instincts were correct. We have talked soup to nuts and she is easy to work with (and with me that isnt always easy), has great communication skills and always made me feel like a priority. We face-timed so I can see the properties and she performed her realtor duties in an exceedingly efficient manner. Two days later, after the signed contract, she went to the home inspection and that night we cranked out the list of concessions. Everything is looking good and progressing at such a quick pace, as I had anticipated, but she has been lock and key with me. Im a cross my Ts/dot my is kind of person and when I move I move. She has been with me without missing a beat! She has done everything in my best interest and now I can say I have a my first friend in Houston.

I would not recommend using this company, or at least not using Chase Robinson who was our agent in a purchase. Very little guidance for a first time homebuyer, very little knowledge on how to negotiate or recommend a good inspector. His recommended HVAC inspector told us the HVAC was fine, when it was riddled with mold. Any realtor with half a pulse would try harder than he did. He was only concerned about a deal getting done and getting his 3% and not at all was going to bat for us.Edit: Since the agency decided to call to tell me they didnt appreciate a one-star review (couldnt even notice that it is two stars) Ive decided to upload the photos we took immediately after our second HVAC inspection a week after closing.

If I could give Jacob Wernitznig higher than 5 stars, I would. Jake went above and beyond and then further still. Immediately after closing, when we went to the property, the seller was there removing some property that was, to our understanding, part of the sale. Jake stayed with us for several hours (in the late July heat) while he, his broker, the sellers broker, etc. all worked it out. This was AFTER CLOSING; hed already gotten paid, yet he still spent his whole Friday evening helping solve the problem. He stayed cool under pressure the whole time. I dont know what we would have done without Jake.Aside from keeping that crisis from blowing up, he was great during all the earlier phases of the home buying process too. Not only did he do a great job in helping us narrow down what we wanted and find available homes that fit our unique criteria, but he was able to answer questions and explain everything every step of the way as we were first time buyers. He even caught mistakes in paperwork that I missed.Jakes professionalism, experience, and communication skills were all top tier, and all in all were planning on sending everyone we know who needs to buy/sell/lease a house his way.

Just thinking about buying a home made me feel completely overwhelmed--I really thought I would just rent an apartment for the rest of my life. I was also extremely apprehensive that my husband and I would ever agree on home. These people are NOT WORTH THE STRESS.I Dont have the room to tell you ALL of the HELL we went through with this UNPROFESSIONAL company!! Just soooo glad its over!!
