Drake House Moving

I hired Drake House Moving to relocate my 104 year-old Historic Heights home and rebuild the foundation, replacing all of the beams and floor joists. They did an outstanding job!!! I could not be more satisfied with their work and the final result.Brett, Misty, Mr. Drake and the entire Drake team are amazing. They went above and beyond in every regard to ensure that my expectations were exceeded....and they were. Thank you to everyone at Drake House Moving! I would highly recommend Drake to anyone needing a structure moved.

We hired Drake House Movers to move a building that has a very special place in our hearts. Brett made a great first impression with his knowledge of the process when he came out to give us an estimate and Misty and her dad made us feel so comfortable with the company when they came out to see the building and sign the contract. Brett and his crew did an amazing job getting the building moved safely and putting a new floor in it for us. Misty checked up on as afterwards to make sure that we were happy with the job and really made me feel like she cared about our project. I would highly recommend this company!

I always wonder how a company that does not return a phone call and does not respond after the work is done can have a 4.7 review. This company leveled my home apprx 6 months ago, telling me I would have a one year warranty and I have two issues with humps in a couple of areas. I have called multitude of timesI finally received a text message and was told a field manager would come out to check the problemspots and that is the last I have heard form them. I continued to text and call to no avail.A $13,000.00 job and this is the level of customer service. NONEAs always buyer beware

Britt and his crew recently moved a house onto our property in Washington County. Discovered his business by chance, glad I did. Moving a whole house is quite an undertaking. He explained the process in detail and made sure everything went smoothly. After the move his crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the jobsite.

JD and his teamdid a very good job in lifting my house in the Heights. All were very professional, hard workers, and complete the work in no time.I would definitely recommend them for your foundations repairs.

My husband left 3 voicemails detailing what house moving and other services he needed and never got a call back. Im afraid this business is defunct. Will have to call Olshan or Cherry.
