Kristin Logan is an amazing realtor. Weve worked with her as buyers and sellers from the time we bought our first house in 2012 up until we bought our third house this past summer - in this crazy market. She has always been responsive, supportive, and helpful - even when our plans kept changing, taking us to multiple showings and preparing multiple offers until we found the perfect solution. When making improvements prior to sale, she always helped us find cost-effective improvements that really paid off in the end with quick sales - I dont think weve had a house sit on the market longer than 4 days. Stephanie Ebarra helped my fiance and I find the home we purchased to move into after our wedding. From our initial meeting, she was very helpful with assisting us in understanding the home buying process, as we were both first time home buyers. Jenna Myers is a wonderful help in finding a home that truly fits me. She worked to have the homeowners reduce the price as the roof needed to be replaced, some of the windows had cracks, and other various other maintenance was needed. I had been causally looking for homes for months when I saw the one I knew was the one! With no realtor I reached out via text to the one person I could think of, Chantelle, who had showed me a home months prior. She immediately jumped in to help me and got me set up to tour the home that day, to beat their upcoming open house. In this crazy market we knew we had to be fast and creative so Chantelle helped me craft an offer that would be appealing to the sellers but not require me to just play around with the cash. I have been working with Jena for over 9 years, starting from earlier in her career when she was focused on leasing to now when she focuses on buy / sell transactions, not to mentions runs a successful brokerage.
