Our agents, Taylor and Charis, were so helpful, completely understood what we were looking for, and were the picture of kindness & professionalism. We had to do most of this process from out of town, but they ended up helping us find the perfect place for our little family even from afar! Greenwood King provides such high-quality service, and the agents know Houston so well. Were certainly going to be recommending them highly to everyone we know who will be looking for a place!

Work with Sahar Johnson, she is an absolute gem and made our first home purchase so easy.Sahar made our first home buying process so peaceful and stress free. She is extremely organized, has immense market knowledge and her communication style is perfect. She was committed to getting us a good deal, pushed for further inspections when she had an inkling there was a leak (and she was right!) and earned our trust very early in the process.Highly, highly recommended.

Recently, we purchased a home from Susanne Wheat Stiles and it was the most unprofessional exchange.At the walk through, there were still multiple items left inside the house and multiple broken blinds. We addressed it with Susan and she said she will go and take care of it. Hours before we received the key to our new home, she said she cannot do anything about it and to ask our moving company to remove the items her seller left inside the house, mind you it was a very, VERY heavy desk which she insisted to leave outside and someone would be very happy to pick up.Once moving inside the house, the alarm started going off for hours and we reached out to Susan again, and her response: My seller has never used the alarm and does not know the code.Lastly, we forwarded our mail to the new address and a package was delivered to the mailbox a couple hours before our closing. I reached out to Susan to obtain the package and she said they dont have it, which is a lie. I checked with the vendor, USPS and the mailmen and all three confirmed the package was delivered to the mailbox that only Susan had the keys to. So not only is she no help, but her or her client also have a package that does not belong to them.AWFUL experience.Would not recommend.

A house I was interested in came on the market and I immediately got notified. I text the listed agent, heard nothing, then called three times over a 7 hour period; still nothing. Called the actual agency, explained the situation and they put me through to another agent. I left a message. 24 hours goes by and nothing so I called the agency again. I’m notified that there are multiple offers on the property. In a market this hot you have to move fast but I’m shocked that the listing agent and agency hindered by ability to view and make an offer on the property.

As an investor I have worked with hundreds of agents. I was recently introduced to Jennifer Porchey. Because of her strong communication skills and organization, I knew right away that I wanted to work with her. She has helped me with my previous two purchases and is about to list two homes for me. She is a true professional and I look forward to working with her on future deals!

BUYER BEWARE.We had the most unprofessional experience in all our years of home buying and selling with this agency. We put in a full-price offer on a house that Greenwood King Properties (Heights) was listed as the agent for. For several days, we were strung along, made to believe that the sellers had accepted our offer and just needed the closing date pushed back a week; every time we asked for the paperwork back, there were just minor things being ironed out, and at the end, it was out for signatures. Not even 2 hours after we were told the sellers were signing the paperwork, we were all of a sudden informed that they had accepted another offer. Not once were we told that the sellers might be considering other offers - we even asked if they were, and were told no. We were never even given an opportunity to revise our original (full price) offer, which we likely would have done had we known we were in a competitive situation.The total lack of professionalism and transparency (really, blatant deception) on behalf of this agency was extremely disappointing to us, resulting in us losing the house we loved that took 10 months to find.

After inquiring on a rental property several times I got a response. I filled out an application and submitted it. A day or two later I was asked to pay application fee of $40 through 3rd party site. A week later crickets - no call, no text no email - no response. A simple denied or approved would have been nice. Agent was Moselle Chapman
