We purchased a home that Happen Houston represented the seller for. While the home was beautiful, we weren’t very impressed with the communication. There were a lot of frustrations and delays that resulted from this lack of communication. We were able to have a good conversation with Happen Houston to address these issues after closing but unfortunately it did not resolve any of the issues experienced during the buying process. For those considering which realtor to work with consider my experience working with Rebecca and Bryan Vanas.First after their analysis of the market, we listed for significantly more than I was expecting. They coordinated regularly scheduled open houses and individual showings. We ended getting to contracts within a few day of each other and unfortunately, significant repair work was required as a result of inspections. I had already moved out of town and was not involved in the interviewing and monitoring of the necessary construction. Have o fear, Rebecca and Bryan coordinated and oversaw every facet. Thirty days later we were relisted and under contract for ask again. Five days before closing Beryl came through and we had water blow in which required painting.
