The thing that really helped me was his professionalism, and confidence that I could get an apartment. He made it very simple for me. Marcus..3 words on this real estate agent. Dependable, Professional,and Communicator. I called Marcus, and really just irritated knowing he last person to help me w bad credit along personal issues. He listen, gave summary of what we can accomplish, and within 20 minutes sent a list. I hardly did anything but answer calls, emails, and text on our journey to finding a plAce fit for myself and kids. Within two weeks possible sooner but dealing w life we found one. He already researched, answer my questions, and met me with other realtor to be sure of my liking, and discuss any possible issues for me to realtor. Have to share this , needed a apartment within 1 month and with me working full time well that gave me very little time to go and search for one. I emailed Marcus, he did. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Marcus helped me with information for a short term rental even though he is not going to get a penny in commissions because the properties dont work with anyone for 2 month leases. In todays world of quid pro quo, it is refreshing to see someone willing to help without getting anything in return. Thanks!

Called last week spoke with a very nice gentleman advised I needed help with the coapplicant who had an issue with a 10 year old criminal background. He took all the information and said he would follow up. Today, 1 week later no follow up so I called back and spoke with a nice lady who I advised I was following up and she proceeded to take my information all over again. I had to stop her and ask was she looking for my previous profile or starting over. She stated she was starting over for whatever reason. Apparently my previous call a week ago was not even recorded which explains why there was no follow up. I explained again the coapplicant had a 10 year old criminal background she stated ok and continued to take my information. Before ending the process to complete a new profile for the second time I again stressed the need for assistance with a 10 yr old criminal history for the coapplicant. She tried to dance around it by saying as long as I didn’t have one it was fine I stated that the coapplicant would also apply and would be on the lease she stated they don’t work with criminal history’s at all. Very nice people but complete waste of my time especially when I was upfront about what I needed help with on both calls with both representatives. If you don’t work with criminal history’s that’s perfectly fine and understandable but I wasted a week and 2 calls when someone could have stated that in the beginning on the first call.
