I could write a novel about how fantastic it has been working with Ashley Burton-Smith. From the moment of our first meeting, she has always guided my husband and I in the home-buying, and selling process. My husband and I’s needs fluctuated as we worked with Ashley and she always adjusted accordingly with grace. She’s professional but provides a personal opinion if asked. She is always prepared, organized, responsive, works extremely hard and never complains. The best part - she genuinely loves what she does and it shows. She has never come to us with a “problem” without a solution. Never! She will call us immediately, provide a plan, make sure we are all aligned with the plan, and have a revised contract for signatures ready. She works swiftly and has superb real-estate acumen. Once we had an offer accepted by the seller, she scheduled inspections within 1-2 days so we could make sound buying decisions during the option period. We even went back and forth on selling our current house, renting our current house, waiting, etc. She guided us every step of the way. In the end, we decided to pause and re-visit buying and selling. We felt guilt, of course, as we had Ashley go through so much with us - 3 offers (1 accepted that we backed out of), but her reply to us was “I never want my clients to feel uncomfortable with any decision made. I want you to feel good and I know you’ll come back to me when you’re ready”. So much professionalism, foresight and thoughtfulness. I could go on and on. You need Ashley for your home buying/selling needs. Trust me.
