Julia was very responsible and key to negotiating better purchase price. She was very detailed in reviewing our contracts and ensuring our interests were well represented with the builder.

Julia recently helped me with BOTH selling my former condo AND buying a single-family home. This made the timing rather tricky, and Julia was extremely helpful. It involved suggesting how to prepare my condo for sale, discussing pros and cons of different price points, showing me a lot of homes in a pretty big hurry when my old home sold, and suggesting ways to fix some of the flaws in the new home I selected. It all went well, and her help was crucial.

My wife and I began working with Julia almost 2 years ago as we began our plan to move to Costa Rica. Julia stuck with us and made sure we were aware of the market conditions. Sold last week in weak market. All around working with Julia and team was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend her to get the job done professionally.

Despite our complicated transaction as we had to sell our house CA before making the move to Texas, Julia was very patient with selling our house in California prior to purchasing. She periodically gave us courtesy calls and texts to keep us in loop on the housing markets in Texas which was very helpful.Once we made our move to Texas, Julia gave us the tour to start the house hunting. She worked with our schedule to show us the house which was very appreciative as our sleeping schedule was screwed up from a long drive. While most agents will just show you the house and move onto the next, Julia also took us to the community center of the HOA and its surrounding areas such as shopping centers and malls to give us the feel of what its like to live in that area. Now that is helpful for a noob like us!! Within a week of searching, we found our dream home!!Julia did an excellent job during negotiation and got us the deal beyond our expectation. I had a nightmare leasing my investment property with a different agent, there was no interest and no traffic whatsoever for over 90 days, the agent was very unresponsive and never provided me with updates. But I’m so lucky to have found Julia and lease my property with her! She was able to find a tenant in less then 3 weeks. First time I heard about Julia is when she contacted me offering a free market report and comparative market analysis for our property.
