This is my personal narrative of what occurred with realtor Ashley Burton Smith with Keller Williams RealtyMy husband and I finally found a home on our own that we liked and knew we wanted to close on and started that process with Ashley. Her value to us as a realtor was in her negotiation and coordination of all the parties involved to include the lender, the title company, and the sellers. To us she was not present at all during closing week claiming she had a rough week. The worst part of this was closing week there was a very important email my husband needed to be able to wire the money correctly to title company. She had incorrectly given the title company the wrong email which I never use and has repeatedly told her. He can asked her and she said to just call the title company. The wire was incorrect and the money was mis-sent with both banks telling us they had no idea where the money was. BOA confirmed they sent it but the other bank said they rejected it and don’t have it. We called both banks multiple times and got misinformation from both with neither having a clue where the money was. We missed our closing date and over the weekend anguished over missing money which we did not know would even make its way back to our bank. She initially denied any fault in this but finally became apologetic, flooding my phone with apologies and excuses. That coming Monday we finally received the money back and we were able to get the keys. This is 3 days after a very stressful event. I was again at work and my husband met with Ashley for the keys. At this point when he met her, he stated his true feelings as the conflict was very fresh. He told her he could not recommend her to anyone after undergoing this anguish which a small mistake was preventable. He said he took back referrals. She continued to be apologetic and even gave a huge 1000$ gift card to us and said that she understood how we felt and even if we didn’t use her to rent out our current townhouse which we intended to keep, she would help us to try to find another realtor that could and would do it at a discounted rate. My husband was never mean during this encounter he said he was very stern, but he did not yell at her or raise his hands or act aggressively.A few days passed and we were quite busy trying to catch up from this mess. We did not have a chance to even think about replying to Ashley or touching base. Before we had a chance to even state our feelings, which ironically, we had forgiven her and moved on, she slammed the door in our face. We had planned to tell her we accepted peace offering and she could still lease our townhouse but she didn’t give us a chance to do that. She sent a very emotionally unstable text to us retracting the gift card, and essentially the apologies and she cancelled on us stating she would not rent our townhouse for free which is why we had ever signed with her. This was a complete and utter shock to us. Despite how terribly stressful our closing week was we still hung on and didn’t quit on her. How could someone initially deny anything was wrong than accepted fault profusely than immediately and unprofessionally rescind the large gift which to me was incredibly petty and disrespectful. To me, this was very emotionally unstable. We did not do anything in the interim of her apologizing to her turning around and unprofessionally severing a long relationship.I am writing my account as an experience for others. If the gestures are large and grand from someone chances are they can easily be pulled and retracted. I believe Ashley’s behavior is highly unprofessional for someone who claims to have a paralegal background and experience with negotiation and working relationships. A good relationship requires the ability to be apologetic and consistent and humble steward to customers/clients that provide the work that sustains one’s profession

Isn’t it a bit insane that the sellers who contracted Keller Williams signed at 9 am today, we the buyers signed at 12:30 pm today and their agent Christy Bulerez is holding the keys and garage opener to our new home hostage at 5 pm because she wants money that is not in the contract or any agreement that has been sent to her and signed and wants it off the books? I cannot believe an agency would tolerate this type of behavior. She graciously messaged my agent for her sign yet does not think she needs to hand over keys. I’m appalled that this behavior would be tolerated.

Today is Second day after closing and i still haven’t received the keys from the sellers realtor . This realtor Christy Bulerez is a joke.. she dropped by to turn in all the keys and garage door openers, when she was outside she asked for her Realtor Sign (i know this because my realtor told me thats the first thing she asked for over the phone with her when she arrived) … just because i put her sign up in the garage so the wind wouldn’t messed up she decided it was funny to take off with my keys… really disappointed at KW i had to pay a locksmith

I recently engaged with a Realtor from Keller Williams, Ziad Al Kayali .. whose misleading advice has caused significant issues and financial losses. This Realtor, assured clients online that they did not require permits for making changes inside their homes. However, this information is unequivocally false and has led to a range of problems. The repercussions of acting on this misinformation have been severe. These oversights resulted in delays, fines, and even the possibility of having to undo completed work, causing undue stress and financial strain. After encountering these difficulties, we are taking the necessary steps to address this issue. We plan to escalate this matter to the Texas Real Estate Commission and Keller Williams, the broker representing this Realtor. It is crucial to hold accountable those who provide inaccurate and misleading information, especially when it pertains to such critical aspects of homeownership. In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering working with this Realtor to exercise caution and verify all information independently, especially regarding legal requirements such as permits for home modifications. Trust is fundamental in real estate transactions, and it is disappointing to encounter such misleading practices that can have far-reaching consequences.

I happened to dealt with this company’s realtor Aida Villalobos back in December last year, since the beginning the paperwork was a mess! She did not know how to arrange things up for my realtor who was dealing with the paperwork. She is so unprofessional that I truly don’t understand how she has 5 stars rating???? To start with, she was in another country while doing the paperwork with us! She doesn’t even speak good English, at least not the person that I talked to when I called because she wasn’t replying emails, calls not text to my realtor when she agreed to come to give me the key at 9:00am for the condo I rented, she never showed up and when I called and told her I was very professional when I deal with people and that she agreed to meet me at 9:00 and I left the place almost at 9:30 and she did not show up because she was in another country, instead of apologizing and giving explanations, she yelled at me and said she sent her “assistant” (who was a nice lady used by Aida’s lack of communication and unprofessionalism,) who did not have my info nor even the place gate code to enter to provide me the key. Aida was so rude that hang up on me when I said that I will cancel the contract due to her unprofessional behavior and arrogance. She did not even bother to give me info about the mail box key nor the parking space until almost 2 weeks and a half after because I finally got it resolved with the owner of my condo. Called Keller Williams and I was told I could talk to the team manager when she return from holiday vacay. This company really needs to hire people that are highly professional and manage high standards of dealing with customers because after all, they get our money by renting or selling places, we are not begging for anything.Fortunately not all see dollars sign in us only, there are great realtors out there but please get away from this one. Avoid her at all cost!

Agents voicemails are full.. don’t return text messages or emails. No one at this office who the agent is listed as working with answers phones or emails.. so confusing as I thought that was the entirety of the business and point of them even existing. If I can perhaps find the owner of the property’s information.. I’m sure they’d love to know that they don’t actually try to sell their property even when the buyer comes to them!

I was very fortunate and lucky to have Danielle as my agent. My home buying journey started with basic research on the Houston area. Shortly afterwards, Danielle reached out to me to give me information on Houston and it’s surrounding cities. She listened very diligently and noting all of the things I was looking for in a home. The search for the right home lasted almost a full year. During this time, Danielle was very persistent on finding the perfect home for me. Throughout the whole process, I never felt pressured to buy. Danielle walked me through the pros and cons of every home to ensure I was making an informed decision. After viewing dozens of homes, I’ve found the perfect one. Danielle’s support did not stop once we were in contract, it even extended past my move-in to the new home as I was new to the Houston area. The home buying process can be an overwhelming experience. Having the right agent can make this 100X less stressful than it really is. KW is blessed to have such a great agent. I’d strongly recommend Danielle to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. My experience with KW was much short of expectations for a buyers agent. I was coerced into closing on a new construction property when several items were not completed. The agent was too new to know what she was doing and misinformed me on many issues. She made several false promises and the supervising agent only defended her poor work. Even now they are unwilling to help mitigate the damages or even own up to the wrongs done. I admit I never should have closed and I should have fired the agent after the first week of errors, however I wanted to believe they were good people that stood behind their promises. Unfortunately, they proved me wrong. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS AGENCY.

My family and I have used John Giraldo at KW for all of our real estate needs for the past several years. John is very personable and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients needs are met. He uses excellent photographers when you list and excellent inspectors when you buy. I do believe John would show a property at midnight if thats the only time a client could meet. Ha! He listens to the needs and desires of his clients and tries his level best to hit all those markers within the clients price point. My family and I fully believe John has given more time and dedication to us than the regular realtor would. He is passionate about getting top dollar for his sellers, as well as the best deal for his buyers, all the while being honest and above board. Johns faith is evident in his honesty and devotion to his work and family. We plan to always use John Giraldo for all of our real estate needs. He is fantastic! Thank you, John!

Do not trust their services!!!! They do not work with integrity and work with very suspicious clients! If I could give their services a 0 I would. I was in contact with one of their realtors Shikha Honawar and she tries to come off helpful but truly doesn’t care or have genuine interest in resolving any problems or concerns you may have. This realtor is trying to help sell a clients land on 3333 Francis Street and is fully aware that this client has stole from my father who did landscape for the land being sold, has not paid for the service that was completed and has been very unresponsive. I tried resolving this issue professionally through her since her client is very unprofessional and sketch. Her response was not helpful, had no follow up and did not seem to take the concern serious. She’s fully aware and sounded informed of whom her client was when I described him. At this point it’s been 4 business days. If you’re reading, do not trust her or this client selling land at this location. They are a scam and will not talk to you with integrity.

If I can give zero stars I would. This review regards the sellers agent, Sophie Jones. The transaction was a nightmare, every step of the way was late. The agent is unprofessional, non-responsive, unpunctual, unexperienced and evasive. The list is too long to write the complaints and experiences I went through. I will give one occurrence to keep it short. Ms. Jones wanted me to believe a stove was never changed out after an inspection was completed. Until I provided solid proof with the inspection report, photos of before and after of the stove, and the advertisement posted on HAR.Only then she recanted her statement.A professional agent would verify and respond accurately to address my concerns, but instead I was pretty much called a liar.In the future I definitely will not conduct any business with this real estate.

Mostly our interaction with Keller Williams has been with emails and text messages after meeting Alex Frank at an open house. As it turned out, that house sold quickly but we found another home better suited for us and Alex, at our request, has worked nights and weekends to take care of everything for us. So we went to the Keller Williams office to drop off some items and everyone we encountered there were just as nice, helpful and knowledgable as Alex.

What good is an agent who cant return a call or even reply to an email.
