I am new to this family of realtors. I love and share the culture, bravery, and passion of the business. There are so many stories my husband and I have in common with Lions Gate Realty throughout the real estate industry, over 10-20 years of experience. So far, I love it. The office has a great location in downtown Houston. Its a great place to meet with your clients. It has a huge seating common area for all guests and peers. Kitchen area with coffee, refrigerator, and soda-snacks machine. PODCAST area with the nicer view.( You can actually rent this for other businesses , ask the office more info). Im looking forward to meeting the whole team. I came with my whole family to review the place before joining the company. I cant wait to learn from my peers and work even harder.

Mr Nathan balderas as a realtor Id imagine you care about your current properties and would make sure they were presentable for potential clients. But youve ignored voicemails, texts, calls and honestly Im tired of trying to get in contact with you and lions gate realty to fix this. If this is how yall ignore people in general I wish yall the best.

I would’ve loved to have given a better review but unfortunately I can’t. They were amazing at first, they had me excited to work with them. My property has been on the market for 5 months. I was promised hard work and traffic, I haven’t received either or. Maybe it’s just the agent(Nathan) that slacked but I am sad to say that he is the reason I am writing this review. I understand that a property may sit on the market for a month or two but almost half a year?

Dealt with this company and wish i never have the landlord is a horrible person. Ive done research on him, and im not the only person that has complained about him. Hes very rude. Worst company in Houston.

Lions Gate Realty is an exceptional local family owned business! This husband and wife team are very hard working, honest and dependable. We have worked with them twice over the past three years in selling a rental property and finding a property. We plan on using them again in the future if we decide to stay in the greater Houston area. I’m glad they are on our side!

Lions Gate Realty may be an ok Realty Company. I have not used them. But they have Adam Mobarak as an agent and i must advise against this guy. He lies so much and then just stops calling you. He is one that promises you the world and then ignores you when he can not deliver. He has left an old man in a very bad spot and still wont respond. he promised things verbally and on text message and then just ignores you. Please BEWARE of this guy. He is not trust worthy and he put us in a bad stop and could do the same to you.

Extremely unprofessional. Called about a listing for a client. I have called for 3 days to leave a message. No one has returned any calls. Finally got a hold of someone this morning and was told they are no longer accepting applications, even though the listing still reads active. Im sure HAR & TREC would have something to say about that. And I was told they have been too busy to call anyone back. I said that was unprofessional and was told to get over myself. RUDE.

Great company with a great staff! They helped me with my first purchase and I will continue to use Lions Gate Realty for all my real estate needs!
