I strongly advise anyone considering working with LJ Realty Group, specifically Schatze Parham and Lyle Jackson, to proceed with extreme caution. My experience was a complete nightmare! They failed to keep their word on key commitments, making promises they had no intention of honoring. Whats makes matters worse is that I brought them in trying to help their firm and the real estate agent sell her first house. They didnt even help me find my HOME!! and they ran off of on me after taking out an advance on the commission on the home we chose.Given the severe issues I encountered, I will be filing a formal complaint with TREC against the realtor and broker involved in my closing. If professionalism, transparency, and honesty are important to you, I would advise steering clear of this team. My experience felt more like being scammed than being helped, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same. There are many reputable professionals out there—don’t settle for ones that prioritize their gain over your trust and needs.

Do not work with Tiffany King, she is very unprofessional and I have reported her to TREC for playing on my phone. Instead of acting like a realtor she defamed my name by saying I lost my son in a custody battle which I have evidence to prove that is false, she threatened to fight me, and also bragged about seeing me on a intimate video I didn’t know my ex made. Is this the woman you want representing your company. My ex has tried to reach out to everyone I was friends with to get them to turn on me after our breakup! I haven’t spoken to Tiffany since 2021 so I find it odd how she’s friends with my ex and fighting his battle. Is this the type of women you want representing your company. Claiming to have my social with my knowledge, that’s very scary.
