When we first met Jaclyn it was just through Zillow when we requested a tour of a house. Our first impression of her was that she was punctual. After the tour she automatically put us on her email list to view any houses that went on the market. This was very helpful because it gave us the opportunity to view the houses on our own timing and select what we desire. Now of course our journey was not short and it took a minute to find a home but she never rushed the process. Was not real happy with my agent Kathryn. I asked her to list our home a certain way and she decided to list it her way. I thought she was working for us. I really feel like we could have sold our house for listing price but we lost the first round of buyers. We did sell but way below asking price. Also when we hired this team we were given a packet and told you have a lot of home work. Well this is not the first house we have sold but this is the first time I was told that. Not sure if this is a Texas thing but no thank you card no gift nothing for our business. I know in Oregon the agents do so much for you if you are buying or selling a house. Kathryn did help us once I was moved. She did check on the house for us which was very nice. I would not use this team again.
