Bob HANDS DOWN is THE BEST REALESTATE AGENT IN HOUSTON. I initially found Bob as a recommendation by my friend who is a realestate agent in New Jersey. I purchased my home using him as my agent back in 2021 and it was seamless he had GREAT suggestions and great advice! His communication was fabulous! When I closed and I was SO HAPPY with my house!! Everyday I’d go home and just love it!!! Then in 2024 I ended up getting married and moved and I enlisted Bob to help me sell my home, this time however I was out of state trying to sell my home in Houston. Bob went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and was available for every question I had and when I say above and beyond he was AMAZING. He helped me with all my prepping of the home to get it ready for sale and even helped me sell a few of my items that I used to stage the home after we went into closing!! In a short 14 days, our agent with Nan and Company Properties assisted in closing 3 varied properties: a townhouse in Rice Military, a mid-rise condo across from the beautiful Buffalo Bayou, and a home on acreage in a country estate neighborhood. Abby assisted with suggestions for updates and staging to help us secure a full price offer on the townhouse within the first 24 hours on the market. She was instrumental in locating the acreage that was under contract and became available, allowing us to find the perfect home for us to have our young grandchildren visit. The condo was creatively shown via FaceTime with buyers from out of state, who flew in 3 days later to make an offer that we accepted. Add to that, she arranged for the title company to bring their luxury Closing Van to us to close! We could not have been more pleased with the marketing of our properties, guidance on negotiating contract terms and ease of final closing on our properties. I have worked with Nan Properties since they first started. I love buying properties and fixing them up and reselling them. I have bought and sold 11 properties with Nancy as my realtor. Sometimes the other side made closing difficult and thank goodness I had Nancy and her team working for me. She went to bat with me and was able to push the sale along.The first time I used her was when she first started out. My high rise in the Uptown Park area had sat on the market for almost two years with barely any activity. It was with one of the big firmswell know firms that people use to sell luxury homes. They were using old school techniques to sell. Basically an ad in the Sunday paper and wait. That obviously didnt work. I took the listing from one of the top realtors in Houston and gave it to Nancy. The realtor I took it from got super angry and told me I would regret my decision. Within 1 week I had a cash offer for full price from a foreign national that had never even set eyes on the house. He just loved the pictures online. After two years of no activity, and then this, I was scared the sale wouldnt go through, but it did! I couldnt believe it sat there for almost two years, and when I switched to Nancy and it sold in less than a week.From then on, I became a loyal Nan Fan! The only time I used another agent was when I had a country property for sale. I decided that I would be better with a local agent, someone out in the country, closer to the property. Again, my property sat on the market for over a year. Again, the agency put the property in the paper, and waited. Nancy convinced me to switch to her and she sold the property a few months later.If you need to buy a house, or sell, she is the only person I would use. She goes to bat for her clients and is the hardest working realtors in the business. She goes out of her way for her clients and uses cutting edge advertising to really showcase your home. She used a drone video to sell the ranch and her online pictures are amazing.I recommended her to my mom and she sold two properties using Nan too. One of the properties was again, sitting with a top real estate firm for the longest time and when Nancy took it over it sold quickly.The last house I sold using Nan Properties was located in Highland Village. I received a full price offer in two weeks of listing it. The last house I bought was in River Oaks. She was able to get me a house that I could renovate, for lot value. She negotiated hard for me both times.The has earned my loyalty. If you need a realtor, I whole heartedly recommend you give Nan Properties a ring.

We heard about our real estate agent Maribel Juarez through a friend who referred her. We were so pleasantly surprised by her work. From the start, Maribel was open, informative, professional, and friendly. As first time home buyers, we went into the process feeling weary but Maribel was quick to respond and inform us of the home buying process. She answered any and all of our questions(which we had a lot) and she kept us informed throughout every single step. Honestly, there isnt enough good things I could say about her. She got us into our beautiful new first home within a month or two and she supported us every step of the way. Me and my partner would highly reccomend her. Also, she does it all. Whether its selling, buying, renting, anything. We are so happy we chose her!

Transferring to Texas from Minnesota during Covid and everything else was extremely difficult but Alexis was extremely helpful and made it effortless on my part. I couldn’t come to see any properties so I decided to rent for a year first. Alexis looked at them and FaceTimed me from them and gave me great feedback. Then when I moved here she gave me the best advice on everything from where to eat to where not to go! Now fast forward a year and as my lease was ending during a sellers market she showed me several homes and when I finally found the right one she made sure I got it and even under listing price!!! She treated me like a true friend throughout the entire process and I hope she knows I see her as the same! Thank you so much for everything you did this past year!

Working with this company/builder has been a true nightmare. I am still waiting on my home to be completed and have been given the run around since I signed my initial contract in February 2022. Find another company and agency to buy from or build with. Trust the negative reviews, as the positive clearly are friends or employees. Nan properties and Stoneworks are the most unprofessional, unresponsive and unethical companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Official complaints will be filed.

Alexis Wiener was a fantastic realtor and got our home sold in short order. She has excellent marketing skills and made our property shine. I highly recommend using her and wouldnt hesitate to user her for any of my future real estate needs.

I used a realtor with Nan and Company to buy my house in September 2021. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using this company. My experience was very disappointing; my realtor did not show up to any of the inspections or even bothered to show up to my closing. Hell, I dont even think she stepped a foot in the house I bought. She literally got paid to DocuSign some documents and send a few text messages. If you really want a realtor that will stand behind you and will guide you through the whole home purchase process, stay away from this company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They DO NOT care about their customers At all!I wish I read the reviews from other clients before getting into a deal with them. They DO NOT HONOR what they offer when they are trying to make the sale. They Promised appliances were included. Exact words from the realtor - over the phone (because she didn’t even gave us time to show the house) YES MA’AM ALL IS INCLUDED except the blinds. I specifically asked about Refrigerator, W&D because I know those usually are not standard, but the woman said yes! Now, they are not honoring it because we do not have anything written specifically speaking about that “Upgrade”????We are supposed to close on Monday, still they have not told us at what time. I had to follow up after 2 days from asking. The new realtor, barely answers our phone calls. The transaction coordinator who answers the emails, she always provides the same copy/paste answer… let me check with the builder.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!I might be willing to review this post if they put their act together and honor their promises given about the appliances and help make the closing experience a good one!But if not, they are staying at 1 star because I cannot put zero.Ps: please do not spend time answering my review with a copy/paste reply. Actually do something to help us… we are your customers and have been very patient and have asked very politely and agreed to all your request …We are just exhausted and very frustrated to keep being ignored!

They have been the worst company I have ever worked with. This whole process has been stressful. Closing date has been. Moved over 4 times. They tell you the day before the slam through that they need to move it to a different date, without asking if that even works for you. They have been very disorganized and have already made us spend thousands of dollars by having to extend our lease several times.DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM. I have already talked to the neighbors in the neighborhood where the house was being built and every single person had the same bad experience. I will make sure everyone leaves their honest review.

Simply the Best!!Sara Black and Clayton Simms are a stellar team! Its like having an old friend on your side. They both really go above and beyond to help with everything especially when youre a new home buyer. They looked out for us and were always very responsive and completely honest. A friend recommended them to us after she interviewed several realtors and we couldnt be happier with them. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone! Youd be lucky to have them.

UPDATE: we were completely understanding about the the material shortage. However, that is not the main issue here. The issue is that your staff tells you a week before the scheduled closing date that we need to move it again, and that is only because our realto reach out to confirm. Everything is last minute and apartments require at-least a 30 day notice so we have give notice to the apartment several times and had to go back and tell them we need to stay longer and in return were charged a lot more the rent.Not only that, but with so much time to compete the house your staff still managed to install the wrong tiles and now closing has been delayed due to that.I have already reach out to you guys via email with no response. It looks like you guys only respond to reviews on here and make it seem like you guys actually try to be helpful.***************************************************UPDATE: so here we are in May they continue to push the closing date. Supposed to half our walk through tomorrow someone from the office emails us after 5 PM today letting us know it needs to be moved AGAIN. Went under contract in July 2021 supplied to close December then January then February then April then May now June. They are so unresponsive and very disorganized. And never once have they apologized for pushing the closing date, being so disorganized and installing the wrong tiles.RUN!! they will say what you want to hear to get you under contract. They are very disorganized and will give you selections to choose from. Then after 1 to 2 months later they will come back and say that selection is no longer available and will make you choose another one. Additionally, they changed the closing date on us. This whole process has been frustrating and we are in the processes out getting out of the contract. Just RUN!

I lost 4 thousand dollars with these people. I don’t know if it was from lack of care or fraud. I put my trust in these people and was screwed. All I was told was sorry and that they couldn’t do anything. And they still had the audacity to say they were going to get me in to another house after the fact. Maribel Juarez and Marisol Salinas were the agents, Veronica Martinez from Guaranteed Rate was the loan officer. My first home buying experience was ruined and completely put me off from finding a home for my family. It still upsets me to this day, it was heart breaking. Beware and go somewhere else. I will be talking to an attorney to see if anything can be done about this. If nothing else at least this review will warn people about them.

Shelsea helped me find my apartment. Working with her was so good. She was very attentive and even during the cold winter with no power at all but she was still able to communicate with me and keep me updated. I definitely would work with her again.

New build buyers beware/run. They will lie to your face about their build timelines (6+ months), give inaccurate information or no updates at all, and take no fault for their unprofessional actions. I’ve dealt with other companies that were much more professional, accurate, and transparent even when they’re at fault. I would never recommend these people or use them again. I’d give zero stars if I could.
