As a local Realtor, bad experience here too. Called and emailed regarding a property I wanted to show. Finally got thru to someone at their office, since no one responded to email in timely manner, was told the property was still available. Showed up to show it, and an inspector, buyer, and buyers agent were there. They informed me they were under contract with them. Called NB Elite (while sitting in driveway of the home) and asked again, if there was a contract on the home, and was told no. They LIE and I feel they’re not being fair to buyers and fellow agents. Almost sure there’s more going on and TREC / HAR needs to investigate them. AGENTS and Buyer - BEWARE!!

Dont do business with Alexus Cuellar. Worst possible agent. Doesnt work with clients, dirty under the table dealing. Recommends her own inspectors to get away with issues on the property. Have had to go behind a fix many issues after dealing with her.

Unresponsive and unprofessional!!! The realtor is doing their client a disservice, by ignoring inquiries and offers from potential buyers. Presented offers are not handled in timely manner (Offer entered 2 weeks ago, no response). Counter offer, accept offer, or reject offer, it is not as complicated as this firm is making it out to be. Stalling out buyers is bad for business! Buyers and Sellers BEWARE!

Worst experience ever my agent made a mistake by taking payment and a signed contract without having keys to find out there are other people living in our home she couldn’t remove leaving my family homeless by her false promises as I demand a refund I’m getting the run around. Heart breaking I have to take matters into my own hands

The absolute most dragging experience Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. We inquired about a TINY HOME that was listed for a MERE $950 located in the armpit of East End that they so strategically label as revitalized. Nicole Flakes was the agent we had to deal with and she definitely lives up to her name. She will flake on you day after day by coming up with a different problem every time you speak to her. Youd think closing on a $950 rental would be an easy thing to achieve, but given how they carry their business with potential tenants, I can see how their listings stay on the market for extended periods of time. If youre looking for a professional brokerage service, stay away. Dont let the 5 star reviews of their own agents fool you. Ms. Flakes will talk to you in a condescending tone as if are too stupid to understand simple rental terms. Buyer/renter be warned.

I paid and delivered my $2,700.00 earnest money check, set up my inspection $539.00 with 1st Rate Inspections, paid for my property appraisal ($640.00 to Texas Loan Star) and proceeded to purchase the property.Upon having the inspection completed, we found several issues with the home to include water damage, improper electrical wiring (breaker box - original with major issues in bundled wires leading to a 1981 breaker box that was not in compliance with todays electrical requirements, as well as outlets not working, the Heater not heating the the air conditioning not functioning properly. We immediately contacted the Selling Agent/Agency to request a concession based on the findings.Upon making the request, Nikola Knezevic tore into Kassie Locke stating, The Buyer has to buy as is or I am pulling the contract and keeping his earnest money! In fact, I am done, I am pulling the contract today and he will not get his earnest money back. I am keeping it!At this point, Metropolitan Escrow and Title Company was holding the earnest money. Upon hearing he was pulling the contract, I aske Kassie whether or not we had received the Condominium Bylaws and/or their HOA SOA from NB Elite Realty or Mr. Nikola Knezevic. Kassie reached out to Metropolitan Escrow & Title that day to request the email/documentation provided by NB Elite Realty and/or Mr. Nikola Knezevic to find outthese documents were never delivered.Based on the Residential Condominium Contract (Resale) provided by the Texas Real Estate Commission, Section 2. Property and Condominium Documents, it clearly states in Section B: Paragraph (2): The Seller is to provide the Buyer with The Declaration, Bylaws and Rules of the Association, within 14 days of the Effective Date of the contract.Neither the Bylaws or the Rules of the Association were provided until Dec 16, 2022, when the contract was executed on Nov 16, 2022. Since the BUYER, Majid Ale-Ebrahim, did not receive the Bylaws or the Rules of the Association, I terminated the contract on Dec 16, 2023 for lack of meeting contractual obligations explicitly written in the TREC Contract.Upon delivering this statement to both NB Elite Realty and to Mr. Nikola Knezevic, all calls/emails and correspondence ended immediately. NB Elite realty has been my broker for the past few months. Its been nothing but a good experience. I like knowing Im not gonna give 35% Or 50% of my dang commission away. Even though im in El Paso,Tx and the broker is in Houston, the few times I had questions the broker (Nebo) got back to me pretty fast with the advice I needed to finish my deal. I would definitely recommend using these guys as your sponsor.

Worst broker ever. If you are looking for any kind of support, steer clear of this place. I was warned by other agents when I decided to join but I liked the $99 transaction fee. Not even worth it. I dont think he will be in business much longer, they really dont have a clue what they are doing. I had to jump through hoops just to transfer to a new broker - he will not release ANY listings even though your contract states he will. Just beware.

I recently moved to Texas after losing everything during the covid lock down in my state. I found a home that nikola knezevic owned and advertised. He told me that it was a for sale by owner and owner financed. He was the owner. He said with just 2000 to hold it we could close in 10 days no credit check. I showed him my Disability paperwork from the VA as proof of income. He said the only problem was the HVAC system. After signing paperwork and getting a closing date he informed me the pipes maybe cracked aswell from the storm I went back to the property with a plumber and found the entire home needed to have the plumbing done. While investigating this I found the insulation and garbage had been stuffed under the home. The plumber could not move threw all the garbage to fix pipes. The floors had been warped from the water damage and sewage was backed up. Looking further into property found cockroaches in the home. I informed him about this he said he would fix the plumbing but did not send a plumber when he said he would. I went to his office and told him that the home was unlivable. He said that its my problem and he was keeping.my money. He kept the property on the market this whole time. He said he took the home off the market. He said it cost him 2000 for the 10 days that went by. After begging for my money, because he knew I was in a RV with my wife and 4 kids. He started to play the victim started yelling at me and my wife and threatened to call the police when I begged for my money back. He stated that he has had hundreds of people find his property unfavourable and kept there money too. He said if you dont like it sue him. After telling him that I would write a review he said he was going to sue me. Nikola knezevic knew that I needed a home asap and that I had only my VA Disability pay and no other income for a family of six. This man takes advantage of vulnerable people in desperate situations. He admitted as such. I have never felt this angry in my life. He maybe a real estate agent but he has a side hustle that scams people in low income brackets. Stay away from him. He is running a scam. Now Nikola Knezevic is a con man a real piece of work. Have you seen his reviews. I wish I would have checked first before giving him all my money. You made promises and failed to keep them. Once you were called out you threatened me and and my family. Dont worry i still have the video. I hope you end up in jail. You are the owner and seller and the realitor you are a scam.

Chuck Irwin and I started looking for houses in mid-January and finally found something in late April.Chuck helped me looked at 11 houses as a first time buyer. He was honest with how homes were priced and the condition they were in. At one point when we were looking at a house in 5th Ward I told Chuck I wanted to buy the house. Chuck firmly and politely told me that I was not buying the house we looked at that day. He ended up being right on all fronts once I began to learn more and more about house buying in Houston.Chuck remained communicative throughout the whole house buying process. He is a busy man and still was able to meet my needs in a timely manner on a consistent basis.Chucks knowledge of Houston real estate proved to be exactly what I needed. He taught me what to look for in a house and when prices are negotiable and what prices are not.Despite my green-horn abilities and knowledge of buying property, Chuck was accommodating, nice and resisted being rude when I asked blatantly amateur questions.Whether you are a first-time buyer or seasoned property-smith, Chuck is a great Real Estate Agent to have on your team. I wish zero stars was an option. They don’t deserve even one star. Particularly Nikola Knevezic. Easily the most unprofessional realtor I have ever met in my 50+ years. As a former realtor, I can hardly believe that some of Nikola’s actions aren’t against the law or at least against the code of the Texas Real Estate Commission. They most certainly are misleading and unethical.The highlights are this. We wanted to see a property where Knevezic was the listing agent. Difficult to reach. No return call. When we finally spoke to her, she was rude, clueless and misleading. The unit had been on the market for nearly a half a year and was priced a bit high, so we offered a slightly lower price, supported by CMA’s. We get a response back like in less than a minute “Offer rejected, without counter.” I seriously doubt there was enough time to present that offer to the owner. She then would not respond any calls, texts, or emails about the unit.We then made another offer within a couple thousand dollars of their asking price. Nikola answered by saying that they were just offered a full cash price with no inspection period in the place. But if we wanted to offer a couple thousand dollars over the listing price, the owners would take our offer. First of all, seriously, after 6 months on the market, you think we’ll believe you just got a full price/ no way out, contract on it? Right. lol. Especially after we already know how rude and unresponsive you are? Secondly, didn’t you say you just accepted an offer? How are you going to accept a second offer on the same property you have an active contract on? My guess is you’d lie to someone so you could take the better offer.Weeks later, the place is still showing for sale. So I’m pretty sure Nikola lied about the competing offer, and we called her bluff. We pulled our offer and purchased another unit. I feel bad for the owner of the property that hired this company. Their place should’ve sold a long time ago. But it probably won’t sell for a long time, if ever, with such poor representation.

I am a new home consultant for a new home builder and Charles Schrader came in with buyers interested in one of my new homes. The clients loved the home and came back wanting to sign contract. Charles learned the realtor commission was 2% and told me he does not work for anything under 3. He also lied to his buyers saying the price of my home went up. Charles told me explicitly he does not work for commission under 3%, this is deplorable on his behalf. As a realtor, your first interest should be that of your clients. If your clients love a home why lie to them and deny them because of YOUR greediness? I am appalled. Charles is not a good representative for this brokerage and I will NEVER refer him to anyone looking to list or buy.

Firstly, read the reviews all the 1 stars should be your first red flag. Second you can see how unprofessional this company is because i’ve seen 15 different reviews about a Nikola being a terrible and untrustworthy person and they still haven’t fired them but this isn’t about Nikola. This is about Sam Craven. I got in touch with him about the Tiny house on Yale St near the heights. At first he was very responsive and helpful, we met the second day we talked and i looked at the place. I told him my situation and he was optimistic in getting me in that same week. So then the same day i filled out the TransUnion thing about 3 hours after we met, which was $40, i heard nothing for a day or two and finally when i asked if we were moving further in the process, he told me his wife under went emergency surgery and that it “just wasn’t what he has on his agenda at the time” he also said to expect to hear back from him the next day. I told him i understood and that i was sorry about his wife. 2 days later no message or anything. What a waste of money and time on this guy. I want my money back but these people don’t care about anything but money and i’m happy that he showed his true colors because i’m sure renting with him wouldn’t have been a pleasant experience either.

Very unprofessional Dont Buy from Nikola Knezevic or Jamie .Lies about offers, house has millions of red flags. A house that looks very beautiful, yet so many red flags. Saying we must hurry to buy since they have more offers and if we put the offer now they will accept the offer right away. yet the house has been there for almost a year. Doesn’t communicate well. Hangs up in mid call cause they dont want to waist their time i guess🤔 Very unprofessional..

RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE. Seriously the worst experience Ive had buying a home. They verbally agreed to terms, and even spoke to our loan officer to make sure we could close in 30 days how they wanted. And then went radio silent for over two weeks! No return calls, no emails, no communication whatsoever. In the meantime we put our house on the market thinking we had to close in the 30 days, and then had to take our house off the market when they gave the bid to someone else. These people are snakes.

Unprofessional and dishonest! I showed one of their properties that showed available on the MLS and even called their office to confirm and was told they only received offers but had not accepted offer yet until after the holidays. We submitted an offer and they would never respond to emails, calls or text! Come to find out the same day I showed the property it closed with another agent and had been under contract for several days wasting mine and my clients time and still no returned call with explanation! Very unethical in my opinion

The commission split and the community is what makes this brokerage special. As long as you have the vision Nebo and the team will help make that vision come true! The brokerage system Broker Sumo is very easy to use once understand how everything operates.

It is unfortunate that there isnt a way to leave zero stars. An agent by the name of Adilia Miranda Carreon, who is an employee with this firm, was not only rude, practically screaming and getting emotional on the phone, and refused to be of any help to the prospective tenants that showed interest in my property, she was also very hot tempered and does not have any knowledge of real estate and rentals. It is a shame that you have such incompetence representing this firm. I will definitely be telling all my friends to avoid this firm and avoid that agent at all costs.

No communication continuity between staff. Wanted to purchase home, was told they had higher offer and process accepting offer. Was told home status would be changed. 3 weeks later house still on market. Called numerous times and just given run around. Only playing games to get higher offer. AS of this message 2 months later home still on market. Very rude on phone calls. Beware of this company unless youre desperate for something they have. Horrible service, horrible experience.

I’ve emailed- No response, called left a msg- No response, and texted her and again- No response. What’s going on here? Some kind of feedback would have been appreciated.

Got spam call/text from Anna spadaccininever inquired them for anything, being spam text and bothered when nobody asked. and when i call to tell them to stop calling they act as if they dont even know what I am talking about , take me off your email/text.

I was interested in an apartment on Hawthorne in the Montrose area. The agent who showed me the apartment was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. He rushed me through the space and did not show me around the property or ask if I had any questions. He was short and impolite throughout the entire experience. I actually liked the space but will not rent the apartment due to the sour experience I had with the agent.

The reason I’m only giving one star it’s beacuase my experience was very disappointed. As a first time sellers, we rely on our agent Jesus Moran to guide us. We thought his experience and knowledge would make this transaction easy. We know that this is a long process and that it could have many set backs. The issue here was communication, this is essential so both parties could be satisfied, Jesus failed to communicate to the other party (buyers) issues we were facing after they postpone the closing date for two weeks. This is a two party transaction, but the only interest that mattered here were the buyers. We know we are not the only ones facing delays, paying per diem etc etc etc. However, we believed that our agent should’ve fought for us, it seemed he was representing the buyers instead of us. To top it off, we spoke the the owner (that’s what he said over the phone) he basically said well how unfortunate but there’s nothing I can do. So in another words, if you are looking for a realtor here in El Paso don’t waste your time with this company and with Jesus Moran.

The salesman we worked with was something.. he was overly pushy, didnt listen clearly to what we were looking for, and would heckle my girlfriend when he couldnt get a hold of me faster than a couple minutes. He was definitely a rude individual and didnt once come with us on any house visits. I wouldnt recommend working with him. Worst realtor/salesperson Ive had the displeasure of working with.

Laura, our contact with the leasing officer made the stay much more enjoyable. Shes the reason why this place got 4 stars from me! She would go above and beyond to help us. She helped us when the window was so poorly installed that water was leaking through it. She helped when someone broke into the apartment and she helped ask the way on any question my wife and I had.Management is horrendous and the complex even burned because the landlord didnt replace electric outlets on time. Two pets died in the fire. I would never stay there again unless I have to (rent is really cheap for Montrose area).

Beware that this brokerage takes as much time as they like to pay commissions when working with one of their agents. We signed a lease mid August and I still haven’t gotten paid. This is NOT ok.

Mr Pryor showed my home July 28 at the height of Covid 19 no one was wearing a mask which included him. I came home and discovered it. At this point I invited him and and all 6 of his clients to leave our home immediately. Also during the showing my front door was wide open.Agents need to know the owners may not be far away...Very unprofessional and not adhering to the guidelines established by the realtors board or the city of Houston.

Nikola Knezevic listed a property. I called in to get some info on a property they listed. She was very rude and did not want to give any information. She even was not willing to listen to my questions. Gave me wrong info on what I had asked for. Very unethical and unprofessional. Do not list with these people as they run away potential buyers with this behavior.

Horrible mgmt....theyre just a step above being slumlords. After you sign, mgmt wont respond to calls, emails, or their office door, which is surrounded by a huge privacy fence like a fortress, which speaks ALOT about them hiding, and is somewhat foreboding. Unless THEY want something, you will hear from mgmt!!The complex I lived in was so trashed out most of the time, I was embarrassed to have friends over. The unit was so poorly redone, it was comical, and the called it redone/refurbished but it looked like a bunch of amateurs did the work, when I had friend over, we would literally laugh at the piss-poor paint job, like they painters just didnt even try, and we couldnt see out the windows due to paint over-spray, apparently they just couldnt be bothered to clean it up, its really pathetic. The illegals they hire to do repairs create more damage than what they fix, its really a sad affair. They treat their tenants like an inconvenience and a bother, and dont respect their time, privacy, or space at all.RUN AWAY, DONT WALK from this property mgmt company, you will regret it!!

Sean Gibson, I am extremely disturbed and very angry at the fact that you think that it is ok to help yourself to MY property and violate MY privacy! By coming onto my property without permission! And just start to take pictures of my home! And not explain why you are helping yourself to do this.I personally know that I have not ever met with you or even so much as have a conversation with you about anything to do with my home. Im sure that the laws of trespassing apply to random creepy realtors or someone that claims to be a realtor!I would appreciate some kind of explanation or I will be looking into filing a complaint and or trespassing charges for that matter.

Just got aggressively cut off (driver made an illegal turn) by a white car sporting “JAIME FALLON NB ELITE REALTY” clearly no compassion or courtesy for others. Would not trust a member like this to represent myself or any loved ones needing a “professional” service.

I will not allow these realtors in my house again, we recently allowed them to show our house where the realtor decided he would take his children so they could have a play and help them selves to food and drinks from the kitchen, they also have broke the sofa and someone went looking through our daughters personal drawers, if you allow these realtors in your house please be present to watch them or ensure the house is empty as it looks as if they are a company that encourages this behavior.

The worst agent is Dayan Gonzalez. He blocked me two of my phone numbers. Prented to present an offer to a seller an said seller declined. Did not allow me to present an offer, just hung up the phone. I wouldnt do any business with this company knowing they have people to dont present client best interest.
