Horrible Experience, Matthew Stroble aka President does not Value his Clients. I used ResideTX to assist me in closing a Commercial Lease. I gave them the Property and asked them to handle the details. They completely dropped the ball and lost the Lease. When I asked what happened he didnt even have the correct address. So I decided to give them a 2nd chance, Once again I gave them another listing that was also on their suggested property listings. It took them 45 days to make anything happen... Correction. I had to call and make the appointment with less than a week from my deadline. My agent couldnt show up for the appointment, then when I got the lease they couldnt even negotiated my terms. I called and asked either negotiate my terms or drop me from my Agreement. Matthew insults me then drops me from our Agreement. I was able to negotiate a longer lease term for a lower monthly & two months free. ResideTX Never Showed Up.

Reside team is very responsive and reliable. I have used the team a few times and recommended them to my friends.... They all say the same good things.. easy going, reliable and honest (keeping it real)... last thing you want is an agent that wants you to sign off on anything. They went out of their way to handle things on my behalf that I couldnt get to during a weekday...what more could you ask for...cha-ching! 5 *****

Priscilla was wonderful she went above and beyond for us and really helped us out. The team was very knowledgeable.

Couldnt use the free burger via t-mobile. The young man was kind enough to give me one. But it was tasteless and dry.
