TAS Realty Group were the Property Managers for a home I was renting for about 4 years (2015-2019). My initial experience was with Latisha the owner she was very nice and personable the application process was fast easy and straight to the point. I received word back very quickly! I have dealt with many property managers and owners before and I can say that my experience with LaTisha really stood out in my memory because upon moving in she had a welcome package for me with things I may have needed for a new move.... that really touched me because I had never experienced that before with just a rental property. Throughout my time in the property LaTisha and Donesha were always tag teaming on any issues that may have occurred and if one was busy the other always reached out. I am a stickler for the people I deal with on a business level and I like to deal with the same people at all times! I can be difficult in that way; with the company growing and LaTisha being the owner she was not always accessible to me for my minor issues. I would really only want to deal with the two of them for the most part and LaTisha would always oblige me with a phone call or email response which I definitely appreciated. They are always was on top of their business. With them being the property managers I understood a lot of things were out of their control if the owner is not prompt with funds for repairs or not responding to emails on a timely basis. They could only do so much. Upon moving out of the property LaTisha and Donesha were on top of everything with sending or responding to inquiries of my rental time with them and they made my transition very smooth. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for property management and home buying assistance. In my opinion they want to see everyone WIN!!! During my time there she was always sending me home buying classes and seminars for me to attend to go forward with the next step. I appreciate them to the fullest and will be coming back for my journey into purchasing my home.

TAS helped me get into my first home and my second home. My realtor was Latisha Grant and she was very knowledgeable on buying a home and negotiating. I loved the communication with her. Latisha was very professional.

I dont know where to start. This company is definitely a scam. I was renting out a rental property and the landlord Julian Fisher hired Tas Realty Group to manage her property. Alicia Poullard would always say I owed $2,000 in rent when I owed $0. She did that on a consistent basis just to stress me out. That was truly evil. I called about a maintenance issue and Alicia hung the phone up in my face. I finally moved out on time two days ago and asked where to mail the keys and she said I owed rent! How? And I moved out on time? I feel that the hateful acts of Julian and Alicia Poullard are out of jealousy. They will try and steal your money, Alicia is a very fraudulent person and so is the company. I talked to the owner of Tas Realty Group and she told me she would call me back and never did and that was over 6 months ago.

They took my 950$application deposit. I did not sign a lease only filled out an application. Did not move in and I have not gotten my money back. They did not even respond to my Demand Letter. Do not use them they will swindle you out of your money.

I literally inquired about a property as soon as it was listed. I sent 4 inquiries, requested tours, and the application, etc all of which were ignored. I even called to be told the agent was driving, but never received a call back. Then 3 days later the listing updated to pending. I reached back out and was told there were several inquiries and it was now taken. Truly ridiculous communication methods.
