The worst experience ever with a title company and in all my years and closings. Closer made a issue about the clients recording their own closing. Held closing up for 1.5 hours calling every person. It is 2018 everything is recorded in this era in time. They said they didn’t want to be liable.... LIABLE FOR WHAT? Take your transaction somewhere else!

Ashley Zientek is an excellent closer at Texas American Title in the Heights! As a Realtor I highly recommend her and the staff at TATCO. My experiences here have been smooth and professional.

They lost a check and nobody was there to let me know who receives checks. Worst place for doing business.

No one answers the phone or replies to emails. Not sure if they are still open.
