She went above and beyond with video chats while I was in Boston so that I can see a few different apartments before making my choice. She made the process smooth and communicated with all parties on my behalf and was such a pleasure to work with the entire time. Moving can be very stressful, but having the right agent like Christina really helps alleviate that stress. She even showed up to welcome me when I arrived and was kind enough to help me bring in some of my personal belongings. Christina helped my fiancé and I get our first home this summer! We had our first choice of a condo fall through (not her fault, it was the property not having proper insurance for loans to get approved), but Christina was with us every step of the way while we toured about 15 houses until we found the right one. As first-time house buyers, this whole thing seemed overwhelming, but she really took the time to answer any questions we had and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. I would most definitely recommend. My journey to being a home owner was a long one. It took 3 different (what I would call) phases before I became the homeowner that I am now. She was there and knowledgeable when I came to the conclusion I severely underestimated the cost of buying a house and I had to delay to save. I picked back up again months/a yr later, and she was there ready to pave my way. She was patient with my questions , always willing to extend my requests forward to the intended person. She gave recommendations that I cause I didnt proceed forward with only to find out later on that, oh, she was right. She connected me with a good effective lender and inspector. All I can say is, the journey was smooth once I chose a house and I cant recommend Texas Skyline Brokers enough for their willingness to share information, to negotiate, to aid and discuss and go on multiple addresses and many times the same address multiple times so I can make my decision with correct info.
