The Frenk Team always goes ABOVE & BEYOND their call of duty, making the home buying process seamless and smooth. I always swore I was never going to move again (buy or sell) because the process was stressful and trying. My husband and I honestly knew very little about the process of buying, but it didnt matter because they explained everything to our level of understanding. There are so many people in this industry, its hard to pick through who is good and who isnt. My family and I were having trouble finding an affordable house after the flood that hit us a few years back. I have nothing but good to say about these realtors! They helped us find a house when we first move to Houston which was not easy, as I was very picky! They always answer their phones when I called and were always ready on a moments notice to help with any part of the buying process. They helped my daughter and also her friends find homes in the area. They have their finger on the pulse of everything happening on the real estate platform in Houston area. We could not be happier with their professionalism. I felt like they were friends giving us the family package because they were there for us no matter what we needed. And they do that for EVERYONE!! They just helped us sell our house in Manvel, Texas. It needed some updates and they gave us recommendations for reputable businesses to do that for us. Yes, you will feel like family when these guys are finished helping you through your real estate journey. I can honestly say that they are the best realtors in the Houston Area.

Went into an open house with this realtor and his presumed wife/partner. This was a property they had bought and were attempting to flip so they were also the sellers. Both bizarrely and awkwardly remained seated, silent and expressionless upon our entrance. The vibe for entire visit was “please get out”.My husband and I are physicians and this is a second home we are purchasing for my mother. We had a few family members there and we are black though my husband is Russian. Aside from our race/physical appearance, since we had no prior interactions with them there doesn’t seem to be any feasible explanation for their behavior. I will say this house had been on the market for an extended period however, and I would also guess that their open house was not well-attended, which could have contributed to their extremely unfriendly/unhappy dispositions.Both literally remained motionless on the couch by entrance of the home but did cast the occasional side-eye and disdainful flashed/forced smiles. Eventually our realtor approached them with questions and Mr. Frenk provided a few curt responses and relaxed a bit at this point but I would definitely not say that he was friendly. I couldn’t even look them in the eye given the treatment which disturbed me greatly, honestly. I did ask if they’d had any offers (I already knew the answer was no) and for the first time the Mrs. pipes up saying “Oh, yes…we have many.”Cannot imagine things are going well for them in their real estate endeavors with these attitudes and absolutely could not imagine anyone actually CHOOSING to work with these two.
