I have had a disastrous experience buying my first home from this agency back in February of this year. I have tried numerous times to get them to fix the mistakes that were made and solutions were offered but never followed up on. Several main components of my home were left out of my home warranty because the agent I was working with just picked our warranty for us without consulting us first. (The seller paid for this warranty but gave us the option to select the one we wanted.) Jill sat in my home and promised me that she would call and have these systems added to our warranty. (After we had already spent thousands that were not covered that should have been.) All for me to find out this morning that Jill never called and added these systems. Numerous other things have fallen through the cracks that I overlooked but your word is one thing that you should cherish and it means nothing to Jill Smith and her team. I would not recommend Jill Smith, Compass, or any of her agents to even my worst enemy. Buyer Beware.

Brianna and the Jill Smith team really brought it to sell my house. The photos they provided were much better than similar listings along with a 3D online tour. Brianna provided a staging specialist to help prepare for the open house and she held the open house over the two day weekend to get the most exposure for the property. She handled multiple offers and the final negotiations with professionalism and attention to my expectations as the seller. She then provided excellent service people to attend to items in the inspection. I would definitely engage Brianna and Jill Smith again.

This is a 5 star review for Angie Nitsch. It would be 6 stars, but you dont go that high. In my case, it was the sale of land without any structures on it in Brenham, Texas. Selling land only is very different from selling/buying a house. Angie kept in constant touch letting me know the latest market values. Always ready to answer my questions with her full attention. I was racially discriminated against by both Jill and her husband Todd on December 8, 2018. There was an issue that they were dealing with and for some reason they took their frustration out on me. I pulled over to let them out because Todd was being disrespectful but Jill REFUSED to get out my vehicle and called me a racist. For the record, a black person can never be racist against a white person after all we’ve endured over last 400-500 years! I had a valid reason for wanting to end the trip early. I was alone with 2 people who were obviously out of their minds and by Jill not getting out so that I can leave, made me completely unsafe.I called the police but Jill wanted to play the victim card and could have gotten me arrested. I don’t have a record and my major is criminal justice. To know that my future could have gone straight down the toilet hurts beyond words. She approached me in a threatening manner causing me to defend myself. In the video I recorded shows Jill’s right hand going up as she’s standing right over me (I’m a lot shorter than her) and I pushed her. Throughout the entire time while waiting for the police, both Jill and Todd bashed me by saying that I was the worst driver but yet they would not let leave! I was removed from Uber and my Christmas was ruined. I wished that I had never met these 2 individuals. I’m definitely a believer of God, so this battle is His. The day before meeting them I had just finished college and that celebration was COMPLETELY ruined by them. I didn’t deserve that whatsoever.
