Debny Greenlee helped us purchase our home in December of 2021 and then also helped us with the sale of it in February of 2024. Due to family emergencies and work obligations, we mostly had to conduct both transactions remotely. Debny went above and beyond to make everything as stress-free and easy as possible for us. She was available every time we needed to speak to her and consistently communicated with us about how everything was going. I definitely recommend going to Debny for any of your real estate needs! :)

Solicited my HUSBAND by mail to sell MY house. Chauvinist or idiot? At least check owners records. Theyre public record. Also: Im not selling my house. Dont even know them, but they hacked me off from afar.

Learned on the walk through that the fridge we asked to keep didnt convey. Relayed through my realtor that we did not want the work station in the garage, she assured us it would be gone upon closing. Got to the house after closing and it was still there for me to break down and get rid of so I could use the garage. No shows from realtor on set appointments. She was friendly, but communication was terrible. Overall, we wouldnt recommend.

Scott Schafer is awesome! He listened to our story and was persistent in bringing the market in. He helped navigate the twists and turns of negotiations, repairs, and closing to complete a satisfying sale. Our home was a bit bigger than Scott’s typical inventory but he was exceptional and out did other big name realtors who couldn’t bring us a buyer in the past. The very best realtor. We relocated cross country from Pennsylvania to katy, texas during COVID right, days before Thanksgiving. Irina not only found us the perfect place for my family & I, but she also made sure the every step in the process was done correctly and smoothy. I was so worried about the move and finding the right home as I basically said yes to our rental via phone. Irina truly was able to filter through homes and go look at homes for us with perfect timing. I beyond recommend her she is very friendly very understanding and compassionate and can make the house hunting experience a breeze. I will definitely be having irina as our realtor when we decide to purchase a home and recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

I was referred to Jackie Murray at Weichert and I am very happy with the process and now my first house. I couldnt have done it without Jackie and Kendyl. They shared so much information and spent countless hours looking through homes. I appreciated the time they spent helping me find what I was looking for.

The agent (Cindy Olivier) is exceptionally unreasonable and unprofessional. These people care about no one but themselves. Lies, deceit and utter disregard for other human beings.Whether buying or selling a home, be concerned if this group is involved.

I have never experienced such deceit and seen the use of the gods name used to manipulate employees the way it is here. Such a shame to see the name of god used by Wayne and his wife to cheat and deceit their sales people and worst of all the customer.

The broker Wayne is a crook. Will use Jesus Christ name as a tool to manipulate his employees. Stay away.

Diane Morales was awesome. She went above and beyond in making my move to Texas a flawless experience .
