This has been a nightmare of an experience I signed the purchase contract over 8 times and the agent kept asking for proof of funds which was sent. Then she got and quit communicating with me I dont even think they deserve the one I gave them in the rating. Carolyn Sanchez dont use her she is totally incompetent

Not to mention, their collaboration with other luxury agents added immense value, finding us a property off-market which saved us money in property taxes.

Charlie Kriegel was able to get the house we wanted at the price we wanted with three other offers on the table that were all higher than what our offer was - AMAZING!!!If that wasn’t amazing enough he also managed to sell our old home within a month of our offer being accepted on the new house at the price we wanted to receive (higher actually)!!!In less than 60 days we bought, sold and moved with pure ease!!! I absolutely cannot recommend Charlie or any of his team at Winhill enough!!!! They are the BEST!!!!

Disabled veteran here. I was so excited to use my VA benefits for the first time using my VA home loan, so I thought. My experience was less than one star. This company only works for the seller since the seller is who pays the commission. Once I found “the house” I was forgotten about and became an obvious burden. My agent made me get on the phone with the sellers agent to discuss things because she wouldn’t represent me. We didn’t have what was agreed to on the signed contract done prior to closing. My agent didn’t even bother to show up to the final walk thru with me and didn’t even tell me she wasn’t coming. We signed closing documents standing up the whole time while a carpet cleaner was cleaning carpets at the same time (It was supposed to have been done prior to closing). Mind you, I’m disabled and my agent knew that. I can’t stand for prolonged periods of time. She didn’t care. I had to literally beg for copies of closing docs. After waiting at FedEx for an hour with no one else showing up I had to drive across Houston to get copies because neither agent or title company wanted to pay for copies after standing for several hours. I had to meet the seller that their place of business to get free copies. I still haven’t received any paperwork as promised and it’s been 5 days since closing. It was a nightmare. I could go on and on. This company robbed me and my family of our first time home buying experience. I will forever regret going with Winhill Advisors and wouldn’t recommend to anyone, especially veterans or disabled veterans.

Well its obvious only one particular person is the reason for any negative reviews. Charlie and his crew are top notch. Meet them once and you will be hooked. So thankful to know such an amazing team lead by Charlie Kriegel. If you have not met them or gone to their office I would suggest you do. You will never use anyone else for all your real estate needs.

Ricky Brown is a fantastic Winhill Advisors realtor! We certainly werent the easiest clients, but he found a way to get my family and I into a wonderful house in the location we had always hoped to be in. We got a killer deal on our purchase in a highly sought after neighborhood and he broke records in our Greatwood subdivision for the sale of our previous home. He introduced us to NRL Mortgage out of Austin and they were the best referral. They were able to get my wife and I secured for our purchase with ease. We have done multiple deals with Charlie and he is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate industry and strives to work for what is best for his clients. I would recommend WinHill if you are looking to sell your home or get into an investment property.

I love the properties that this company lists but the agent they have assigned to me Ricky is horrible. He has never called me only emails and its ALWAYS outside of business hours in the middle of the night. When I respond to him it literally takes days for a response. This entire experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth to the point where I no longer want to continue dealing with them because of his lack of communication. Hopefully they will add other Agents who are more cognizant of potential customers.

Spam cold calling after any change in listing. Very intrusive and irritating - that cant be how people actually choose a realtor is it?? Please stop.UPDATE - Different property over 2 years later and Im newly receiving unwanted spam texts from this company. Thats impressive commitment to slimy tactics. Hands down best investment firm in Houston. If you are interested in an investment property or selling a home or even doing a large development, these are the go-to guys. Two thumbs up!
