I have been working with Mario for about two or three years and he was great up until this years tax season. I had a couple issues with my tax refund this year and I got absolutely no help from Mario once they were submitted, he was not professional after the fact. Not once has he reached out to help me address the issues but instead I’ve had to continuously email him and responses were he could not help unless I went into the office and paid MORE money so be aware that after they take your money they will leave you helpless if any issues. Needles to say I do not recommend Mario!Update to their response: I indeed had to call the IRS myself to verify my identity. That wasn’t the only issue I had. My refund was reduced DRASTICALLY, and Ive never owed taxes or had debt with the IRS so that leads me to believe that it was a mistake on the preparation side as I am an independent contractor and Mario “played around” with numbers. So very possible that, that could have been the issue.
