Buying and selling a home is not an easy thing to do, especially during a pandemic, and I dont know that my husband and I would have made it through the process without Vic and Karishma. Karishma and Vik are a masterful team. Karishma has like 15 years of experience in the industry and from what I have seen, she is a top performer at KW year after year. Vik has a graduate degree in real estate, is an architect, and has like 20 plus years of RE experience as well. And Brandi is a solid contributor who is good at what she does. So, when it came time to lease my condo, they were the only people I thought of.Dealing with them was easy. They were always quick to respond and were always thorough. They took the time to understand my desired price point, lease commencement date, etc. I received professional pictures, immediate follow-up and most of all a solid deal that I am very pleased with.An agent only makes 1/2 of a months rent when leasing for an owner. So in my case, they were going to make $950 after they got a lease signed. In spite of my deal being quite small, the Asrani Partners gave me first class service as if it was of the highest priority.There are a ton of agents in Houston (last time I checked the count was ~ 33K), but I plan to and (actually already have) recommend them for their services at a full, market commission!
