OK, where do I start? First of all, let me tell you about myself so that everyone can really understand how great Jake really is. From the moment I met Jake I knew he was a responsible person. As a business man who has dealt with hundreds of partners, I pride myself in being a good judge of character, and I was right again...I hired Jake to sell my property and while the house was in pending we found a investment property with lots of potential, and the re-sale could be through the roof, but it can also serve as a real DREAM HOME if desired, so it was a win-win situation. We decided we wanted to buy this house but due to time restraints, and closing complications on my current property, it seemed like it was impossible to make this dream a reality. So I asked Jake whats it gonna take for me to buy this new property before its too late? and his response was its gonna take a miracle...Needless to say after I heard that response I was a little discouraged because I didnt know Jake can actually perform miracles. He tried to calm me down and assure me he would get it done, but on my defense, Im a realist and the situation just seemed hopeless...BUT NOT FOR JAKE !!!!! In a blink of an eye and a few phone calls from my realtor Jake, all our dreams came true, he got us the home of our dreams, when everyone and everything said it could not be done.
