Avoid This Lawyer – Unprofessional & a Waste of MoneyI paid an $80 consultation fee for help with a business issue, only to be told after a brief conversation that my case was “too complicated” and that I should go elsewhere. Instead of providing any real guidance, he just took the money and sent me on my way.His office operates out of a hair salon, which should tell you everything you need to know about the level of professionalism here. He comes across as arrogant and smug, and despite claiming to be a professional, his approach was anything but.There’s also another person involved, Sergio, who is equally unprofessional. It seems like their primary goal is to take consultation fees rather than actually helping clients. If you need real legal help, save your time and money—look elsewhere.

I am very satisfied I had Mr. Chavana represent me I was close to losing a couple thousand dollars on a lady that would not pay me for the work that was done. There was no poor workmanship they simply felt that they could have done it cheaper where they are from (even though they signed my estimate) and decided to ignore my calls and emails. The young woman who assisted me was very rude and ended my call.

I had a case with him and I canceled it because he fixed my situation and I was in a contract with him and since he had to return the money already paid, he wanted to charge me extra for the other paper so as not to return anything, when he had already given another price , it did not seem ethical to me, it was better to look for another lawyer for what I was dealing with.

I entered the place and there was no one there, suddenly a lady came out and told me that she would help me in a moment, it was a long time later, apparently they had a meeting, other clients arrived and she did the same to them. They should open until they finish their meeting, it seems disrespectful to the client.

The lawyer helped me with a property case and did a very good job. They were trying to evict me but the lawyer explained to the court that I was a buyer and not a tenant. We won the case.
