I would recommend Guerra Days for your Real Estate proceedings. They helped my family retrieve our cash payment for a land property that was wired to a fraudulent account by our respective title company who did not do their due diligence. This was my first time having to retain a lawyer. I thought I was buying a house and property. Not realizing the other party never intended on giving me the title or deed. I came to Guerra Days office for a consult and had this weight lifted when they said I had a good case on my side. They were straight upfront about the fees. There was no surprise, no hidden cost. I knew everything up front they were willing to work with me.And if it wasnt for Rick Guerra, I would not have my house or property today.He does not give up. He is a fighter, and hes honest. And you know, its really hard to find that nowadays. I just had someone take advantage of me, I paid way over what I owed on the house and property. There wasnt much trust left. We hired Eric Days for a complicated eviction and we’re successful. We tried three other eviction services with no success. This squatter played every trick in the book until Eric was hired. Pretty discriminatory company. Without listening to my case the receptionist(guy) said “we are not taking these kind of cases right now”.He had no idea of what my case would be but he just put me out.Would you as a consumer go to such company where your case will be paid importance to what kind of case it is? To anyone experiencing an insurance payout for damage to their home, you should have a legal record of all correspondence with your mortgage company. Some mortgage companies try not to follow the law. I wont cover their possible motives in this review, just know they have them and they are not in your favor. I would like to thank the Law Offices of Rick Guerra for assisting me with a Foreclosure transaction. I did an owner finance back in 2010, the whole transaction was done incorrectly to begin with, Rick Guerra and his team were able to stop the foreclosure and helped me keep my home. As a real estate investor, Ive worked with many attorneys in multiple states. Eric Days is one of the most responsive and professional attorneys Ive ever met. We were in a bind with a transaction that needed to close within 2 days, and Eric got it done. I reached out to multiple attorneys, and he got back to me AND drafted the documents I needed before other attorneys even got back to me. He was also my trusted advisor in this transaction since I hadnt ever purchased properties in TX before.

Hired GuerraDays to prepare a special deed quickly so I could continue refinancing my home. Other law firms I called told me it would take months. I called GuerraDays, they returned my call the same day and said they could get it done in five business days. Steve was great, kept me informed, was very responsive, returned all my calls and got it done in 5 days. If you need legal help with real estate issues, I would call them first.

They would Not even review my contract to tell me my options, they just said you knew the risk when you signed. VERY POOR service! Paid $2,000 to Mr Guerra, gave him my info months in advance. He shows up to the hearing unprepared, calls me to ask me what my income was, when I had sent him all my info in advance, takes less than an hr at the hearing. Calls me back, tells me there was no agreement and the case is going to court and says it will be another $2000 retainer for him to go show up in court... This guy knows nothing about family law, and is not prepared at all. He was recommended by his cousin Rick Guerra, I wonder if they split up the $2,000? Guess they needed the $$ more than I did.

SCAM !!! they just charged me $2,500.00 to start working on my case, I never met with them in person and never get I follow up until todays date it has been about 4 months , last time I spoke with an assistant he said they were going to call me back to let me know the next step and im still waiting for that call

Deceitful, STAY AWAY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They charged me $500 for supposedly 2 hours and only called me for 20 minutes then want to charge me more for more advice. Stay away if you value your money.
