Finally received my GC. Processing delays and my health delayed my process for a while but the team at Luis Hess were really helpful. Shout out to Luis Hess himself along with my attorney Bibiana Salazar and paralegal Alma Contreras who were on top of every issue that came my way and took care of it. Will definitely recommend and use them for future applications.

I had a great experience with Luis Hess PLLC:- we did a remote consultation- my documentation was mostly handled virtually- Carmen and Martha were responsive to my emails and callsIt took about 6 months to get my green card and cost $3000. I think prices may have gone up since then, but it was worth it.I only have one minor complaint.For some reason, my documents were sent to their Woodlands office rather than my home.One final note: I did do the first part of this application on my own, and I did have a fairly straightforward case.Its useful to note this because each immigration situation is unique, depending on what country youre from, what documentation you have, how long you have been married, etc.

Currently in the process using them for my husband’s immigration, the total cost was $7000 for him & his son. We signed the contract under the impression that this would be the complete cost with for him and his son as well as their filing fees. NOW they are saying we will owe an additional $9,000 for his son AND and additional $3000 for filing fees. This process started two years ago and they have everything they need to file for his citizenship including the completion of the $7000 and are refusing to file until the additional $3000 are paid for. I have requested to speak with the lawyer and was told it will be at a cost of $100 just to see them. I could cry from how disappointing and sad this company has made me . Unless something changes, I would never recommend them to anyone.

We hire this attorney for my son in law and every other attorney is telling us thar his charging us alot cause my son in law already had a case just waiting for an appointment so this attorney just need to continue his case and his charging him $10,000 when all others are charging $5,000 ,but the thing is that they ask him to give $1,500 down to work on his case and he did since I wasnt able to go with him and he really doesnt understand anything about immigration so now his stuck with them cause they wont refund him n until this day theu havent told him nothing about his case its been a month today and my other friends just start there case to get asylum n they already got an appointment to do there finger prints n pictures in 15 days this doesnt sound good with this attorney
