I recently had the pleasure of working with the Curry Law Firm, and I am thoroughly impressed with their services. From the initial consultation to the final resolution, their professionalism and expertise were evident. I had a truly disappointing experience working with attorney Marina Banks McLaughlin, who was the owner of Banks Solutions and is now employed at Curry Law Firm. I originally hired her in 2022 to handle my trademark filing. I had to constantly follow up for updates and communication on the status of my case, as her responsiveness was practically nonexistent.To make matters worse, when the appeal for my trademark was declined in February 2023, I was never informed. Despite this being critical information that any responsible attorney should immediately communicate to their client, Marina failed to reach out to me at any point. I only found out about the appeals rejection months later, after having to reach out repeatedly to get any updates. At this point, her email had become undeliverable, and I had to dig around to discover that she had dissolved her firm, Banks Solutions, without any notice.I eventually learned that she had moved to Curry Law Firm, but her lack of professionalism continued. Not once did she offer an apology or take accountability for her poor communication or the way she mishandled my case. Given this pattern of behavior, I would not recommend Marina Banks McLaughlin at The Curry Law Firm for any business or trademark legal services. Her unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and failure to uphold basic communication standards make her an unreliable attorney.

I hired Curry Law Firm based on their promises of excellent service and results, but I was sorely disappointed. Not only did they overpromise, but they underperformed at every turn. Communication was practically non-existent, leaving me in the dark about my cases progress. Save your time and money and steer clear of this firm.

I was referred to Curry Law Firm from a friend. I needed an attorney to represent me in Probate court and to litigate in court on my behalf. I believed that the Curry Law Firm would represent me after I explained my case and that the previous attorney I had had dropped the ball and cost me thousands of dollars. Kyra Coffee represented me and at first I believe she was capable but when it came time to represent me in court she dodged my calls and emails weeks before my court date she came unprepared when representing me in September 2023 and simultaneously removed herself as my attorney after she had taken all of my retainer/money. She further never communicated with me after court after she stated she would and lied about leaving the Curry law firm. Her communication was poor and her concern for my case was even worse. I write this review because attorneys are quick to take your money/retainer when they don’t have the expertise or aptitude to represent you or the decency to communicate with you.
