I had an extremely disappointing experience with Titus Law Firm in Houston, Texas. I paid them $8,000, expecting competent and professional representation, but instead encountered a complete lack of follow-through. Communication was lackluster at best; I left multiple messages for my attorney without receiving any meaningful updates.To make matters worse, I only learned that they had withdrawn from my case when the State of Texas sent me an email informing me of their withdrawal. There was no courtesy call or direct communication from Titus Law Firm to inform me of this significant development. Considering that I live in another state, this lack of communication was particularly frustrating and unprofessional.I initially hired this firm believing they had the expertise to handle my case, but that confidence quickly eroded due to their behavior. The unprofessionalism and disregard for my situation left me deeply dissatisfied. I would NEVER recommend Titus Law Firm to anyone seeking reliable legal representation.

This firm missed payroll over a month ago. They have yet to make good on it to their employees. Highly recommend you use a different firm that has more integrity.

If I could give zero stores I would. I paid $460 for a 10 minute consultation and only needed one thing. Help with speaking to a life insurance investigator. They couldnt even do that for me. Said they would at the office before I left but sent me an email the next day saying they werent going to do it, but I was free to call them if I needed help but of course more fees would be involved. I didnt even get any information that I didnt already know during the consultation. I would have been much better off just blowing the money at least I would have had fun. I still need a probate firm that will not be hiring them unless they pay mall or put that consultation fee towards the probate fee. I lost my mother then my fiance a month apart and these people prayed upon me for money I didnt have to waste. I truly have no idea how they could justify that much money for a quick conversation. Then the audacity to offer their help if I need it. But fees would be involved on top of the 500. So theyre charging $3,000 an hour to not file any paperwork or go to court and I had to drive clear across town to get there for a simple, worthless consultation that gave me no new information whatsoever. Meanwhile, most attorneys give a free consultation. Beware buyer beware!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone very unprofessional. I went to visit lawyer Titus instead of him asking me questions about my land he wanted to take me out on a date telling me how good I looked. I was very appalled and disappointment. I got up and walked out. He came behind me trying to apologize.

The experience we had with the Titus Law firm was not a good one. Actually it has been a nightmare. Their office requested the original copy of my deceased sister in laws handwritten will. Titus law firm sent a prepaid FED EX envelope for me to submit the will in which I did. Their office claimed the will was a copy which was not true. As GOD is my witness i know for a fact the ORIGINAL handwritten copy of her will was sent in the FED EX envelope. Lesson learned never send and ORIGINAL of anything to this attorney. The whole probate case their law firm was working on for us was a mess. Funny thing when I sent them the original will via their prepaid FED EX envelope they never called us to say the will they received was a COPY, because I know the will was the original copy that I sent to them.We had 2 zoom meetings scheduled with the probate court in which both were cancelled by the Titus law firm the day before the meetings. I am going to make a formal complaint or grievance with the State Bar of Texas. I want my original copy of my sister in laws handwritten will back from the Titus Law firm.
