Mr Vilt lied to me and did not finish my case after I pay him over 18k to help me save my home from a person trying to steal it from me . He took my money for over a year while he assigned my case to another person from Dallas to appear in court to represent me. All this happen in 2020 right at the beginning of Covid. I was left homeless. Clay told me on our first meeting that he could win my case but I had to pay him $1,500 per month as a retainer. I did! When we went to Distract Court to adjudicate the case Clay did not show he sent another person who had no information on my case to represent it. The person did a terrible job and when I complain, I was told to be patience they could win. They didnt. Clay disappeared when I was removed from my home even before the case was heard by the Judge in District court because I was not properly represented in JP court on a unlawful detainer that was filed before the trial date.Clay Vilt has proven to me that his office and business is to lie and fraud their way into your pocket to steal what you have alone with everyone else. I never got my day in court after killing myself to pay these people for help. I was left without a home and no money!The photo is me at his office to talk about the upcoming trial date, and I wanted to get information on my case and court time. No one was there. I went by and call several times with no answer or return phone call. My case in Distract Court just disappeared from the calendar. I went to the courthouse trying to get the information on my case and it was not on the docket any where.When I could not afford to pay Clay Vilts office anymore, because I was removed from my home, his office stop communicating with me and my case with them disappeared.

Vilt Law is by far the best at what they do. Clay and his team have assisted me in saving my home for three years. It was a long ride and process due to the Covid situation, but Clay and his team stayed on top of all procedures through it all. I can not say enough about Vilt Law, but what I will say is if your in a bind and find yourself in the position of foreclosure...please understand that Clay Vilt is the Foreclosure King.
