If I could give no stars, I would I have never been more insulted by a company.To begin, it took this company over a week to call me back, and when they did, the buyer seemed annoyed that I might be too busy, on a Saturday afternoon, to answer his long list of stock questions that did not even follow logic (the home was built in the 1930s, so yes, its safe to assume that the bathroom and kitchen have been updated in that time...)After missing their initial deadline to receive an offer, they finally returned my email. However, not only was their offer far lower than what we were asking, it was shockingly below any reasonable valuation of the home. This was all done before any single person had even looked at the home, the neighborhood, or, I assume, comparable homes in the area.This company is predatory, and I can only assume that they heard the voice of a woman on the other side of the phone and assumed that I would accept whatever they gave me. Absolutely do NOT recommend working with a company that gives such insultingly low offers in such an unprofessional manner.
