We met Patrick Stuckwish (Realtor Extraordinaire) when we began exploring options for a possible new home for me and my husband. We ran into him 2 times at 2 completely different area open houses - one in Champion Forest and the other was in the Woodlands (he gets around!). We hit it off with him from the get go and he gave us some great guidance for areas to look based on our interests (Woodlands kept coming up because of our interests). And so, we continued to look in the Woodlands and then headed east from there, and we found what we were looking for in Conroe/Spring area. We connected again with Patrick to not only help us get the paperwork sorted for the new construction home we are buying but also to sell the home we were moving from downtown. Our townhouse in Montrose was in a great area, and in a gated community, but we were worried about timing for selling and getting it sold in time to close on the new home. In the past, these houses tended to not sell quickly... Patrick gently suggested putting it on the market a little earlier and getting it out there for open houses and viewings. He gave us great advice on how to get the house prepped for showings, got us hooked up with the app ShowingSmart to monitor the progress of the showings and after 3 weeks, we had a very competitive offer!!!! He really worked hard for us and we were super pleased with the results! Patrick guided us through the paperwork and process to get ready for closing - he was always communicative and reachable and patient and professional as we hit a couple of bumps along the way. But through it all (thru no fault of ours or our Realtor Patrick), we got the house sold and closing completed.We enjoyed working with Patrick and highly recommend him for his professionalism, knowledge of the market and knowledge of the many of the areas in and around Houston. He worked hard for us and will work hard for you whether youre buying or selling!
