I whole heartedly recommend Tiffanie Purvis and her team at Texas Real Estate & Co. I was personally negotiating the purchase of a commercial property next door to my business. Things were breaking down between the seller and myself to the point that the purchase was not going to happen. I contact Tiffanie Purvis and she put the deal back together and made the transaction successful for both the seller and myself. Tiffanie and her team are professional and very patient! We were working with a tight time constraint, houses were low inventory/high prices everywhere. High anxiety for me. She was able to give me full attention! Stayed in constant contact, got us in to see houses immediately and had an offer submitted within hours of our first day looking. Five stars are not enough! Tiffanie has been amazing these past couple of months. She is very responsive and helped me, a first time home buyer with tons of questions, through the process all while a worldwide pandemic was underway. Her negotiating skills are on point, and she generated fair, reasonable, and agreeable terms with the seller including carrying costs as Covid-19 delayed closing. Even after closing, Tiffanie has continued to support me these past couple of days following up on home warranty, securing spare tile from the seller for a remodel project, and getting me in touch with experts regarding a knocking sound from the HVAC system. To this point, you dont just get Tiffanie, but you get her extensive network of repairmen and lenders, which were crucial in closing this deal. In summary, Tiffanie is a go-getter and someone that you want in your corner!

If any issues arose, Tiffanie took ownership of it and made sure it was handled quickly. The current home I live in had pipes burst from the recent freeze. She found out, (she was not the relator in that transaction 8 years ago) but called me, and assisted me in finding contractors to help me. She will go above and beyond for her customers. I met Tiffanie after I purchased a property, started the process of re-platting the lot, designing and bidding out the building project. But I wish I had met and used her from the start. Had I known about Tiffanie, I could have hired she and her team of experts that would have allowed me to save time, money and most of all the stress of dealing with incompetent companies and individuals. I wasted valuable time and money on people that claim they were experts but were not. Building in Houston is not for the faint at heart, so hire Tiffanie if you want to save your self a lot a heartaches and money especially if you are a woman.

I lived at one of tiffanie Purvis’ properties for just about two years. She has been nothing but reliable, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and overall a good property manager. When we had issues, if we ever did, she was quick to jump on scheduling somebody to correct that for us. We never had to wait more than a day, and in some instances they would even come the day of me speaking with her.

I rented a place from Tiffanie for three months. She was incredibly helpful and extremely responsive with any and all questions and concerns that came up during my rental. I would definitely recommend working with her.

I have never had to work with a more unprofessional person. During an option period she refused to answer phone calls, text messages, emails while attempting to coordinate inspections or begin further negotiations based on the inspections. This lasted 3 DAYS without a word and only left us one day to begin discussions before our option period ended. She also actively REFUSED to look at the inspection report and did not believe there were any problems with the house. She kept insisting that the inspector must not have gone into the attic when the inspection report specifically included multiple pictures from inside the attic.After finally getting her on the phone and her continuing to deny the extent of the damage, SHE requested time to allow her own contractor to come out and make a bid on the repairs. I took off work and scheduled my own contractor and realtor to show up at the same time. We get there and waited for over an hour past the scheduled time before she tells us she and her contractor are not coming.I hope none of you ever use her and if shes on the other side youd be better off not even bothering looking at the listing. Still in complete shock at this whole ordeal.

I was helped by Tiffanie, she found me a great lot below market and helped me from A to Z find a builder, lender and everything to get my new construction project completed.
