Spoke to agent Duy Nguyen. Mr Nguyen has zero people skills, was unprofessional and for whatever reason defensive. While asking one simple question he took the time to be smart and arrogant instead of helpful. Showed no qualities of being a trusted agent.

** Do Not Work With Trihn If You Hate Exceptional Service**Over the last couple of years Ive had the chance to work with a handful of realtors. Trihn is the hardest working and diligent realtor Ive gotten to work with to date.As a new investor, Im still learning the ropes. Thankfully Trihn has been able to guide me through the investing process while being honest in her evaluation of the property AND being patient enough to fill my gaps in knowledge.As I continue to grow my portfolio in the Houston area, Trihn is my go-to realtor.Highly recommend.

Pearl Ngo is the most unprofessional real estate agent that we have worked with by far.WARNING To those of you leasing homes: She will not hesitate to tack on fees that were not stated in your contract. For example: Normal wear and tear of the home will wrongly be taken out of your deposit. She will charge you for unreasonable logistics that may hassle her, but in actually it would be a part of her job to complete these tasks as a real estate agent. If by chance you happen to work with her, carefully review your contract and know your rights as a tenant. This woman will try and snake her way into swindling you for your hard earned dollars by making up her own excuses as to why. Her reasons change and none of them ever make sense so that in itself is a sign that shes not being completely honest. (Shes even went as far as creating a fake invoice from a maid company to charge us with. It looked fishy with misspelled words on it so I went as far as researched it. No such establishment exists nor is the number valid.)

They agreed to provide rebate on my house purchase, but after I closed the house and asked about it, they pretended they are not aware of such arrangement. They start to give me bs reasons such as the service provided to me is premium etc. Seriously? I only meet them 3 times, one at house showing/offering (I make the offer at the same weekend), one at design center, and one at closing. What type of excess service did I get?If that how they do business, I would advise you stay away from them. You might find them fine if you don’t have any issue with them, but if anything happens, you will realize you made a mistake choosing them. They are not professional nor ethical in that sense. I am amazed by how you guys handling this problem. I had so many other good realtor agents. I am SO REGRET I choose you. Pearl Ngo is a heartless, un-profesional peddler. She is too money hungry and doesnt care about anyone. She has no manners either. I dont recommend these people. They made me waste energy and money with a property that was flooded and did not disclosed foundations problems on the listing. The property had a lot of other problems. She was very sneaky. Please stay away from them or you can get burned.

I inquired about a rental these people have listed. Instead of responding to my showing request, the agent sent me a 20+ question questionnaire. Literally over 20.I’ve never had to fill out a questionnaire just to view a property. Ridiculous. Especially considering how long most rentals are sitting on the market in Houston now.Why make the process any more difficult than it has to be?
