In short, there is so much more to selling homes in today’s market and Brandi made our 30-year home investment a priority. Brandi canvassed our neighborhood, placing professional fliers in our neighbor’s mailboxes and sponsored 2 back-to-back open houses. She gave us immediate feedback on each potential buyers’ views and after the 2nd open house, we had a buyer agreeing to our asking price.After signing the contract with the buyers, Brandi handled all the details, while my wife and I were on a month-long summer vacation. Pretty disappointed by our experience with the Bridge Group. Likely this experience was partially our mistake for choosing to work with a realtor based in Houston, while we were in Austin, but our agent insisted that it wouldn’t be an issue. I’m giving The Bridge Group two stars, instead of one, because Cole really helped us out when we had an issue with our selling process. But both selling and buying experiences left a lot to be desired.This was our second home buying experience, but our first with a realtor. After going through the process twice, I’m still unsure about what a realtor actually does to help, other than collect a check at the end of the transaction. I’m not usually in the position to feel like I’m a difficult client, but despite having an extremely simple transaction, I thought we would be receiving a level of service and information that we didn’t experience in reality. It felt like navigating the entire process was completely in our hands, there was a lack of clarity about what we were supposed to handle vs. our agent, so we ended up just carrying on as if we didn’t have an agent. Not to be petty, but our agent never reached out after we closed - she even said she’d be sending over a gift, which we never received. The entire experience felt transactional, with no effort made to inject a personal touch into the process. On good faith, I can’t recommend this brokerage.

Were so glad we were connected with Taylor Goldenthal! We went through at least half a dozen terrible Redfin/Zillow agents and also had a real estate broker who would just tell us to offer $20-$25k over asking without even seeing the listing of the property! Anyways, we knew Taylor was the right agent the first time he sent us his analysis of a property. He was never pushy and was always completely fine with our decisions whether they were reasonable or not. He ended up getting our offer accepted on a home that had many other offers, including at least one significantly higher offer! On top of that, he sold our old home for 15% over asking!! Now that its all said and done, we live in a home that is a LOT nicer, is 33 years newer, is in a MUCH nicer neighborhood, in a much more desirable part of town, and we paid LESS per sq/ft than he sold our previous home for!!! I dont know how thats even possible, but Taylor deserves the credit for it and we cant recommend him enough.

He had a really judgemental attitude. If he is not worried about Covid, it’s ok, but I would hope he respects that we do. His attitude was not very welcoming or open. Not a great experience.
