I moved out of the apartment in March. April was fine, I did not get charged rent. May comes around and Im charged $1,750 out of my account....they literally autodrafted my account. How/why they still have my banking information is beyond me. Not to mention when I called, the only response I get is Dispute it with your bank, there is nothing we can do. We cannot refund you. Isnt this considered STEALING? We will see what comes out of this. Tempted to file a police report for theft

Something seems really off about my apartment. For a four year old building it has HUGE vertical cracks above the bedroom door, cracks in the corners of every room in the apartment, some kind of deodorizer they use that is apparently very strong and lasts very long because its been 2 months and I can still smell it. There are a whole lot of paint marks throughout the apartment that look like theyre covering up a previous or present moisture problem as well as a consistently wet air conditioning unit with a larger than normal amount of rust on the coils as well as mold. Paint is coming off of every door, wall and the cabinets look weirdly frayed at the bottoms of each cabinet in a way that Ive never seen. The place was not cleaned very thoroughly at all before we moved in. There was a whole bunch of yellow dust in the pantry as well as paint marks every where that look like a poor remediation attempt on old mold. It looks like that in almost every closet space. I didnt get to look at the place before hand because my girlfriend had picked it without being able to do a walk through, otherwise all of this would have been addressed. Its my guess that this unit or floor has a leaky roof or possibly poor design flaw considering that the washer and dryer are one wall away from the air conditioning unit in the apartment as well as placed inside of the restroom along with the closet. None of this seemed like an issue until I was looking at the design of the place in person. The oven has no vent, just a fan connected to the microwave that blows up toward the air duct in the ceiling thats blowing the air that cools the apartment. There are completely rusted screws at the bottoms of the kitchen cabinets next to the countertop lights. Each closet has a completely different must, which is puzzling. My instinct and past experience are telling me to swab/air test the unit.Anyway, for $1,300 a month I shouldnt have to be on edge about the habitability of my dwelling. Especially considering Im one of the lucky people who are overly sensitive to the toxins created by indoor mold.Im posting this here because its barely 2 months in and these dont seem to be issues that progressed with my arrival, but more like preexisting conditions.Oh, and the make ready employees left some weird trash in the hollow corner space of the cabinets with some broken pieces of cabinet.Ill post a picture of that, but the other pics Ill save for a more direct discussion.

This a review for Broadstone Park West managed by Alliance Residential.Just save your time and just don’t move here.Since I moved in I’ve had problems, the application process man I was the one calling and asking if they had received all my paper work, If they need it anything else I should of gotten the commission for moving myself in here. When I arrived 14 months ago to get my keys and everything my apartment wasn’t ready, did my move in inspection BEFORE the movers got anything in, took pictures and everything. Everything was half way through. As well I was getting billed “ for not having my electricity under my name” when I gave them my eisd # and told them to check it with their billing department. I got that removed. It took ONE YEAR, to get my fob! You would think they would have a sense of urgency to order some? And give it to the people that been waiting for one. The only way I got it was having to take off work and going to the office. Gates are always broken, hallways are dirty, they don’t power wash. Trash pick up comes when they want.Ask the old team for my move in inspection copy never received it, now the new team said they don’t have it. I had to go through old emails to find my email where the last leasing consultant says” you want a copy of you move in that you just gave me”. When I asked for the team to look for it not Holly the other girl told Holly “ I only see 5” thinking I didn’t hear. Maybe y’all should be more organized, or actually put all the paperwork in peoples file or create a new system scan peoples folder it’s 2020 now.To top it off I walked in my apartment last night and walked in water my fridge went out, and all my food is ruined. I called the office to get through emergency maintenance, they don’t have that prompt available on the phone now, if you see that not working why wouldn’t you forward your calls? What if there a fire?Find a solution receive the voicemails by emails or even check the voicemails. All this could of been prevented if this team and management had the right protocols, and the right people. The manager at the moment Casey didn’t apologize, didn’t even try to make it right, which he had the opportunity, and I was waiting at 9:00 am nobody was there.Do you think I’ve had a work order update? Nope I just have a missing lid from my refrigerator now, and everything moved. Let’s see if I get charged for that.I get it your selling the property but you’re still working here and have duties, and even before y’all were still not improving. Just don’t move here.

You’d do better just trying to find individual owners to rent from. They are more flexible. Residents should start signing petitions and teaming up against these major crooked proper Owners and management companies. They have been abusing the system and people’s need for housing for far too long. You are not hopeless and helpless. We have the money and the voices. They need to be put on blast. You can start with petitions from neighbors on your properties. It could even be done with email or phone calls. You can do it.

Apartment was not cleaned before move in. The previous tenant had pets who went to the bathroom on the balcony so I ended up having to power wash the balcony to get rid of the smell. The bright spot here was the staff who was professional, friendly, and helpful. The only bad interaction I had was with a customer service rep over the phone when asking for my move out statement. He was rude and interrupted me. Not sure how he got that job.

Predatory illegal towing with no signs for visitors no warnings of being towed no signs for parking spaces no warnings at all. They must own the towing company. Completely predatory and illegal business practices. Avoid at all costs or you will be paying a 300 illegal predatory towing fine.
