I am a tenant in two properties owned by KM Realty Management. Steven Stone and Michael Shanks have both been a wonderful help to me since our first meeting, as well as the rest of the management team members. Whenever issues arise at either properties they are always genuinely ready to help resolve them in a very promptly manner. They are the best management team I have ever worked with and I will always recommend them.

I have chosen to share my experience with KM Realty, as the overall outcome received potentially leasing with this company has lead my partner and I to believe we would never consider leasing or choosing this company to represent us again in the future.Steven Stone, Director of Leasing, was assigned to the location we were interested in, located in Houston, TX. From the very beginning he was very helpful and responsive, but toward the end of the process is when we were really exposed to how KM Realty does business with prospective clients.We were told that we were considered to lease the property of interest after further review of all documentation that was submitted on our behalf. Within a few short days, a lease agreement was provided to us via email. My partner and I had later reviewed the lease agreement and were pleased with the information as discussed. With Steven, we arranged a day and time to meet in office to officially sign the lease agreement and provide proof of payment, entailing first months rent and security deposit.When we met in office, we were given a printed copy of the lease agreement and asked to review and proceed with signing. None of the lease agreement was properly reviewed with the realtor assigned, Steven, only questions we had asked, were answered. We moved forward and signed documentation, and provided proof of payment.Once these steps were completed, we noticed that Steven, had adjusted the date on the official lease agreement and told us that Randy Keith, Managing Principal, was to arrive in office Friday later that same week and officiate the lease.Come Friday morning, we received a call from Steven and Randy personally, where on the phone we anticipated only the best of news! However, the news provided to us, two days after signing and providing proof of payment, we were told that their team had chosen to move forward with another client. Their apology of this information was very inconsiderate and all that was asked of us is how we wanted our payment given back to us.After this experience first hand, it is such a disappointment considering the situation. Steven, was well aware of our situation first hand and received nothing more than the honest truth the entire process. We even shared personal information that wasnt deemed necessary on their end, but we cared enough to share with them personally.We are still questioning how a real estate company could have a client sign and provide payment and later call back and cancel our lease agreement for another client? Overall our experience with KM Realty was not at all what we expected. Just be aware and know that there is a potential for no final deal with this company.Our experience and capital to start this business was greater than zero and to think we had officially landed a deal was a shame considering the outcome of the situation.

The team was very attentive to any concerns or issues, and great communication through out the whole experience. Ask for Michael Shanks, he was very helpful with any questions or issues.

Have been involved in negotiations with KM Realty many times with various clients and have always felt like the discussions were fair. To date I have not had a client (which are tenants in their properties) call me complaining about any lack of transparency, maintenance, or communication issues. Great company to work with!

Unfair business practices. They will raise your rent, charge you enormous tax and reconciliation fees with doing limited maintenance to the building and common areas. You will start seeing businesses around you jumping ship and relocating to different properties. They will keep your deposits and expect for you to leave any fixture including mirrors that you added and paid for yourself, even though when you receive your space it is vacant and needing improvements that you pay for yourself as a tenant. It is a shame, this is not the first time this management company has done this.

This Company never call you back or reply to your Email. Thats how they do BUSINESS. iam interested in one of their property. I called Guy name Ronald, left messages sent Email called their office only voice mail thats it.Bad business.
