Was parked on the 4th floor of the parking garage for 3 hrs. Someone stole my tailgate.There are ZERO cameras beyond the entrance and exit, and nobody patrolling the area. Basically no effort at security whatsoever.When called, the security company sent a rep to make a report on the back of another document. I asked what they do with these sort of reports. He said, “Nothing. It’s just to keep on file.”Clearly nobody takes security seriously out here. I wouldn’t dare come out here again in my own vehicle. They might as well invite criminals to target the area.I’d give a negative score if the system allowed it.

As a detail company serving a Midaway property, they contracted us to clean some damaged cars from their garage which we happily did. Over a year and still they wont pay! Not good for business!

This property is very unprofessional. Micah was very rude and blamed me for repairs and lackluster service, didn’t take the time to hear the issue but instead denied to take any responsibility and made it as if I was trying to get over on him. He continuously said “Open our checkbooks up but we can’t do that”. I’ll never rent from this developer again.
