Not only did they not secure an agreement, but they used my offer as leverage to sell other houses, effectively manipulating the market for their gain.Despite my repeated requests to withdraw my offer after realizing their deceptive methods, my communications were met with silence and postponements. This unprofessional and fraudulent behavior is concerning and unacceptable.Buyers, be very cautious when dealing with Onyx Land Partners. Their practices are misleading and can lead to unnecessary stress and financial entanglement. Do your due diligence and be wary of their tactics.
