Gillumerro Coronado is allegedly a platinum realtor however he claims he doesn’t own anything he just manages properties but that’s a lie because he owns a property that he personally rents out at 2322 Autumn Springs Ln., Spring, TX 77373 which is a duplex and I own the other half of the duplex. My property is 2318 Autumn Springs Lane Spring TX 77373. Mr. Coronado for some unknown reason told his renter that the property line goes through the middle of my master bedroom master bathroom second bathroom and a third bedroom And this renter without investigating actually believed this and Mr. Coronado allegedly told this renter, Doris Taylor that since this properly line gave her the greater portion of the porch, that she had his permission to move the bench that I had on my portion of the duplex and to steal my bricks that outlined the front of my property. This ridiculous claim that the property line actually runs through somebody else’s private property is unimaginable and that a rational human being would actually say that or believe it is downright fraud. The duplexes are sold separately because they’re on separate lots and anybody who knows anything about Realty knows that real estate is dirt and that you buy the property and whatever is on it and the house is not divided unequally between the two lots with one owner owning more of the porch that invades on the other owners lot. Come on now this is just common sense people you do not need to be a rocket scientist to figure this out. The Harris county property tax office list each lot as individual private property and single-family residences so this is not a commune there is no community property each person owns an individual lot and everything on it and the duplex is divided on the property line not invading another persons lot. Some of you may not get this but those who do will understand what I’m talking about with this guy committing fraud telling his renters that they own more of the porch than they actually do so they’ll be happy in renting his property. It is to Mr. Coronado‘s advantage that he own more property than he actually does in order to attract renters and everybody knows that you rent by the square foot. My half of the duplex is a three bedroom two bath and his half of the duplex is a two bedroom one bath and he’s just trying to make his property look larger and more inviting for renters to rent it so beware because he’s not telling the truth to renters and they’re fixing to find out because I have to sue both of them in Court because they trespass on my property every time they go into his property. So if you want a lawsuit against you go ahead and rent his properties because obviously he doesn’t know where the property lines are or he does know and he should know because he’s a realtor and he has claimed for 15 years that he doesn’t know the property line and doesn’t have a copy of the survey come on now I don’t know who he thinks he’s kidding I was born at night but not last night. Preceint 4 Constable deputies have been called to this residence multiple times and I was assaulted on my own private property by his renters and his renters have flooded my home with water and sewage multiple times. My insurance company dropped me because of the multiple flooding claims because his insurance company would not contact me when it was his fault that my home was flooded with water and sewage.2024 update :I sued Mr. Coronado and he had to build an entrance to his property and his porch is only 3 feet
Mr Coronado wanted to lease me a house in Texas city then didn’t even want to run my application nor make any accommodations for my disabled daughter. I filed a complaint with HUD ! And will be pursuing legal action !
My husband and I did an application for both of us to rent a mobile home on 10 acres. The app cost each of us $50. Our realtor called the phone number at least 4 times a day for several days. She didnt even get a response at all from anyone!! This property was advertised on Zillow, Realtor.com etc... So we assumed that it was legit, right? Scammed out of our money and really bummed about not getting a place to live that was affordable.
Don’t even waste your time. Mr. Coronado, the broker strung myself and my my client along for a full week without doing anything he promised, failed to communicate, then didn’t want to refund her money due to his negligence. Please run! He made up excuse after excuse. Please RUN!!!
