Im writing to express concern about an allegation made by a tenant of Hanover River Oaks management, claiming that Im banned from their properties. Despite having no personal issues with the management during my brief residency with my ex-husband, Ive been informed that Im no longer allowed on their premises.I attempted to contact Hanover management to discuss this allegation and request evidence, but they instead contacted the tenant who made the claim, rather than addressing the issue with me directly.Whats puzzling is that last year, I visited two of their properties with the intention of renting, and they welcomed me as a potential tenant. Now, Im told that Im banned.While I have no interest in visiting any Hanover properties, I take this allegation seriously and will not let it stand without further investigation. Im currently seeking legal counsel to address this matter and ensure that my rights are protected.

If you go to your own shop instead of a preferred shop be prepared for a complete nightmare to arise. I have had the misfortune to have 3 claims with them within a year. 1 not at fault, 1 hit a deer, and the 3rd damages in an Amazon parking lot while parked at work. All 3 were plagued with problems all factored in by Hanover.They assign an adjuster who really cannot do anything. They have offered up 7k for a 10k repair, totally impairing the policy holder with the poorest experience from an insurance company that I have ever faced for over 50 years. My actual rating of this company is a minus 10, but that was not offered here.The day of customer service has came and went. Many insurance companies can be difficult to pay claims, but this company blows away the worst I have ever faced. How - by implementing policies where NO ONE will respond to the policy holder.They have my home and my autos and will communicate on premiums, but communications are so bad on claims which is the very reason one carries insurance. The fact that I have chosen I shop that I trust to work on my cars should have no bearing at all on service. I have only been able to reach the adjuster, who like I said has no bearing (at Hanover) on disbursement on claims.Save yourself the agony of dealing with a corporate office that could care less about you - the policy holder.

I have lived at 5 different Hanover buildings over the past 10 years and I couldn’t love it more. Every building, the experience is the same…fantastic people, giving amazing service. The staff at each building have always been willing to go above and beyond. They are kind and courteous. Other buildings I have lived in that were not managed by Hanover never compare!

The best property management company. I was lived at one of Hanover apartments and it is one of the best places I lived. Great location, nice building, exceptional services.My move out experience didn’t go quite well. They charge above average for normal ware and tear.

The Alexan Waterloo in Austin, Texas (managed by the Hanover Company) is a beautiful complex but its parking garage doors are defective. On June 18, 2023, one of the parking garage doors fell onto my car causing damage to the front end of my vehicle. I have contacted Hanover Property Management and Alexan Waterloo on 11 separate occasions to no avail. The Hanover representatives have sent many messages on my behalf but I have yet to receive a response regarding this issue. I am hoping the damage to my car, and the defective garage doors, can both be fixed soon.

Hanover needs an overhaul of its leadership team. The leadership no longer cares about its residents. I have been a resident of one of their properties north of Boston for 2 months and 1 of the 2 elevators has been broken more than it has worked while I have been here. The dumpster compactor has broken twice now. The fire alarms continuously go off in the stairwells. And when complaints are brought to the leadership they do not respond, they pass off emails and phone calls to the on-site management who cannot give any answers as to when anything will be fixed or what is going to happen in the future to avoid such issues. I would never live in a Hanover property again.

These people seem to think that visitor parking is not an issue, and that your visitors and service workers will magically find non existent street parking in downtown. The visitor parking situation is a major issue at most of their buildings. There is not ever any reliable street parking and the garage across the street costs more than your uber eats.

Great place to live but they will charge you for any and everything once you move out. Marks on the wall that were there prior to you moving in is some how your fault when you move out. Wear and tear some how your fault…. How can a security deposit not cover minor issue. Everything that glitters isn’t gold… that is all

I live at The George in Ft Worth Texas and could not imagine not living at a Hanover Property! They are the best and there is no other management company that I have lived at previously cares as much as Hanover does about there residents.

Company has a luxury apartment complex in Houston, stalks residents and email bombs them with false accusations, cigarette butts are all over residents living spaces, EV charger was promised but at move in was no there, many people watching security cameras, not for bad guys but for stalking residents - after complaints they send legal letters and tape them to residents doors, its a gestapo type of feel for living in America

I love this place - Ive been at Hanover for 10 months. Everyone that Ive met or been associated with is professional, kind and smart! The properties are well kept, contemporary and inclusive.

Hanover is the definition of luxury! Every community Ive seen has been a 5-star experience! The really go above and beyond and I could not be happier. Love Hanover!

I have recently moved to a Hanover property and it has been such a great experience. The customer service from the staff is always impeccable, the property is very clean and the finishes are amazing!

Hanover offers stunning luxury apartments and amenities for residents. They have always been professional and great to work with.

This company literally is trying to destroy the lgbtq+ distract in the ATX. As a black queer living in this city there is not many places in austin that are welcoming now that gentrification is happening. 🙄

Horrible management, they hide in the back room, send out faulty documents and mess up rental payment- speaking all the way to regional - complete incompetents
